Two days later I was meeting her at the dealership where she turned me over to Larry Rubin, a very capable salesman' and later that day I drove home with my new truck! I was most impressed with Vivian understanding what I wanted. It was just as easy working with Larry Rubin he came in to put the deal together with an easygoing flair that had me comfortable even during trade in negotiation! More
transmission warranty work I HAD THE TRANS REBUILT UNDER WARRANTY UNDER FORD AT THIS DEALER. MY CONCERN IS THE SHIFTING FROM 1 TO 2 ND GEAR DEALER SAID ITS OK WILL SEE STILL AM I HAD THE TRANS REBUILT UNDER WARRANTY UNDER FORD AT THIS DEALER. MY CONCERN IS THE SHIFTING FROM 1 TO 2 ND GEAR DEALER SAID ITS OK WILL SEE STILL AM A BIT CONCERNED BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME. CHECK WAS DONE UNDER WARRANTY THAT WAS A BIG RELIEF THANKFULLY. THANKS TO DILIGENT SERVICE WRITER AND MANAGER. WAS TOLD I NEEDED AN RADIATOR OVERFLOW TANK WHEN TRANS WAS REBUILT BUT IT TURNED OUT DID NOT NEED ONE. ONLY TROUBLE EVER HAD AT DEALER. Everyone I contacted was very nice and did exactly as they said! I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but when someone tells you they will call you back in 30 minutes, a lot of times they don.t But All American Ford will actually call you back within 30 minutes!!! Brian Eschrich (salesman) was super cool can extremely knowledgeable with the Fiesta ST I was purchasing. A total car guy through and through. He was able to answer all questions I had regarding the vehicle with clinical precision. Great guy. Also, I want to give a shout out to my girl Morgan, who helped facilitate the whole deal. Couldn't have done it without you, Morgan! And when I was in the finance room signing all the papers, I let the gentlemen know I was in a hurry because it happened to be my mom's birthday. He completely understood and I had all the papers signed in under 10 Minutes. But somehow didn't feel rushed. It was an AMAZING experience. All American Ford was the only dealership in the New York, New Jersey area that returned my phone calls as promised and delivered on the deal they gave me over the phone. An absolutely stress-free car buying experience that I have already recommended to my family and friends. I literally can't stop talking about All American Ford! This is THE BEST dealership I have ever worked with. THE BEST, regardless of the category of car. THE BEST. If you want great service, go on over and see Brian at All American Ford. Worst Bying Experience Ever!! I went o All American Ford in Hackensack to see a 2017 Mustang GT they showed they had in there inventory, after arriving there and speaking to the sa I went o All American Ford in Hackensack to see a 2017 Mustang GT they showed they had in there inventory, after arriving there and speaking to the salesman they discovered they did not had the GT in Inventory, I had priced out the GT on TRUECAR which gave me a rebate of $2,917,. After seen they did not have the GT in Stock i decided to see what they had in Inventory, They Had a 2017 Ecoboost White that i Liked, I Ran it through True Car and it came back with a rebate of $2,484.00- which they said they would honor! On there website the 2017 Ecoboost had a ford rebate of $1,000.00 so my total Rebate with the Truecar added should of been 3,484.00. which they did not give me they gave me a total Rebate of $2,376.00! I noticed after i got home and have been reaching out to them to make things rite, but all they are saying is they are Sorry and they will give me 2 free oil changes... Also I explicitly told them not to RUN MY CREDIT MORE THEN 2 TIMES, As i was already approved by Capital one, I told them Run it through FORD and see if they beat the Rate, which Ford Did, But they ran MY CREDIT 5!!! TIMES WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! On top of this here i am picking up a Brand New 2017 Mustang , Ford Did all the work Manufacturing, designing the car, all The dealer has to do it sale it and deliver it rite... They could not even Clean the car properly, car had some dirt on front passenger seat, and door panels which i pointed out to salesman and asked him to make sure they clean that, well i picked the car at night so i noticed the next day dirt was still there super poor job cleaning a already clean BRAND NEW CAR!! vERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!! All American Ford- You dont always get what you paid for. I went in on a Saturday to purchase a 2017 Explorer Sport. My initial buying experience was very good, i was so happy, that i immediately sent them a I went in on a Saturday to purchase a 2017 Explorer Sport. My initial buying experience was very good, i was so happy, that i immediately sent them a friend of mine that was also looking to buy a car, not knowing what's in turn for me. When i saw the DVD entertainment system i purchased is not really what i was expecting nor what i was told i will get, i started having concerns. i got a system that's not synced with the Ford sync system, nor it was installed by ford as initially advised and overall it looks like a rip off and an after-market item. I expressed my dissatisfaction ( i was so upset that i asked to return the car which my wife loves) with the General manager Mr. Joe Fisher. He said he cannot take either the car nor the DVD back and offered me instead to have my car detailed (why would i want that for a leased car?!). I told him i dont need that, and after a heated argument (isnt the customer always right ?!) we agreed to calm down and he promised he will call the next day. Of course he didn't.....nor did he reply to my email i sent him. Side note - If your sales rep. is not knowledgeable enough, and is not familiar with the product nor the installation process, dont have him offer it to the customer, and have the decency to take the item back. Also, don't call it "miss-communication ! I thought this could be settled without having to write this review and i really wanted this to work out. (this is not the 3rd or 4th car im getting and never had such a bad experience before, and i had everything from Finance mistakes in the contract, to a custom ordered car being in an accident in the lot -always managed to have the issues resolved) but it seems that here they dont really care, they tell you what you want to hear so that you'll leave them alone. I have three work colleges and some friends that purchased their car from this dealership. If there's one thing i can do about all this (other than going to small court claims) is to do everything in my power to ensure they wont come back to this dealership ever again! If All American Ford in Hackensack thinks that a $2K system is more valuable to them than a potentially 6 returning customers, so be it. More

One of the best car buying experiences with Kacie Arochas I had the pleasure of having Kacie Arochas as the salesperson who gave me the best possible experience in buying our new 2017 Escape. When I came into I had the pleasure of having Kacie Arochas as the salesperson who gave me the best possible experience in buying our new 2017 Escape. When I came into the dealership, I wasn't intending on buying a vehicle that day, but after taking a test drive and her working with me on the price and features I ended up buying my dream car. And with her help I ended up buying the right car, right color, and right deal for me and yet I felt like she game me the space I needed to think about it. I would strongly recommend Kacie as someone you could easily work with to have the best car buying experience possible. I sort of wish I could buy another vehicle from her but I already have 2 Fold Escapes. Just do want to say thank you Kacie once again. More
