All American Ford- You dont always get what you paid for. I went in on a Saturday to purchase a 2017 Explorer Sport. My initial buying experience was very good, i was so happy, that i immediately sent them a I went in on a Saturday to purchase a 2017 Explorer Sport. My initial buying experience was very good, i was so happy, that i immediately sent them a friend of mine that was also looking to buy a car, not knowing what's in turn for me. When i saw the DVD entertainment system i purchased is not really what i was expecting nor what i was told i will get, i started having concerns. i got a system that's not synced with the Ford sync system, nor it was installed by ford as initially advised and overall it looks like a rip off and an after-market item. I expressed my dissatisfaction ( i was so upset that i asked to return the car which my wife loves) with the General manager Mr. Joe Fisher. He said he cannot take either the car nor the DVD back and offered me instead to have my car detailed (why would i want that for a leased car?!). I told him i dont need that, and after a heated argument (isnt the customer always right ?!) we agreed to calm down and he promised he will call the next day. Of course he didn't.....nor did he reply to my email i sent him. Side note - If your sales rep. is not knowledgeable enough, and is not familiar with the product nor the installation process, dont have him offer it to the customer, and have the decency to take the item back. Also, don't call it "miss-communication ! I thought this could be settled without having to write this review and i really wanted this to work out. (this is not the 3rd or 4th car im getting and never had such a bad experience before, and i had everything from Finance mistakes in the contract, to a custom ordered car being in an accident in the lot -always managed to have the issues resolved) but it seems that here they dont really care, they tell you what you want to hear so that you'll leave them alone. I have three work colleges and some friends that purchased their car from this dealership. If there's one thing i can do about all this (other than going to small court claims) is to do everything in my power to ensure they wont come back to this dealership ever again! If All American Ford in Hackensack thinks that a $2K system is more valuable to them than a potentially 6 returning customers, so be it. More

One of the best car buying experiences with Kacie Arochas I had the pleasure of having Kacie Arochas as the salesperson who gave me the best possible experience in buying our new 2017 Escape. When I came into I had the pleasure of having Kacie Arochas as the salesperson who gave me the best possible experience in buying our new 2017 Escape. When I came into the dealership, I wasn't intending on buying a vehicle that day, but after taking a test drive and her working with me on the price and features I ended up buying my dream car. And with her help I ended up buying the right car, right color, and right deal for me and yet I felt like she game me the space I needed to think about it. I would strongly recommend Kacie as someone you could easily work with to have the best car buying experience possible. I sort of wish I could buy another vehicle from her but I already have 2 Fold Escapes. Just do want to say thank you Kacie once again. More

Great Car Buying Experience I just bought my 2016 Ford Focus ST two weeks ago from All American Ford of Hackensack. The overall buying experience was such a pleasant one that I w I just bought my 2016 Ford Focus ST two weeks ago from All American Ford of Hackensack. The overall buying experience was such a pleasant one that I would highly recommend it to friends, family, or anyone, without reservation. One day, around 8:30 PM, I clicked on several dealerships in the area while I was browsing Ford's website, looking for a Focus ST. To my surprise, within 5 minutes (I'm not exaggerating), the phone rang. On the other end, was Eric Katsman, the online person of All American Ford. I told him that it was nice to get a response so quickly, I wasn't really expecting any call at this hour, to which Eric said they were open till 9:00 PM. Good first impression! During the next few days, I exchanged e-mails with Eric on the specific of my car search, and he was always prompt in his reply. Eventually, I took upon on Eric's offer to go in and talk to someone. This was when I met Steve Martino, the sales person. Steve was quite knowledgeable in the Ford lineup (believe me, I've come across plenty of car sales persons out there who don't know their own products well). Steve had to be the most patient car sales person I have met. I was very specific in the color and option of the car I wanted. Steve patiently sat with me and searched all the inventories local and not so local. He came up with a few close ones, but no exact match. In the end, he apologetically shrugged his shoulders, "sorry, I tried". "What???!!! That's it??? Am I hearing him right?" I thought to myself, "He's actually not even trying to pressure me into buying one of the cars from the inventory, and let me walk away without a sale?" This was soooo contrary to the car sales tactics I often heard about not letting the customer walk away from a potential sale as the chances of his return is often low. A big pleasant surprise in the no-pressure buying experience that scored big with me! So out of the door I went, feeling pretty good about the experience so far, but without a car. A week later, I received a call from Steve. He has located a car for me, in the exact color and option I wanted! Well, not so exact... The car came equipped with summer tires, but I wanted one with the all-season tire option. Not a problem for All American Ford. They went out of their way and replaced the summer tires with all-seasons in the dealership at no additional cost. What service! So, in I went for the second time, and closed the deal. I was offered a good discount off the MSRP, plus a great trade-in value for my old car, topped off with the Ford incentives, all of which kept my monthly payment low. A really good deal. My good experience didn't just end with me driving the car off the dealership lot. A week later, I received a refund check for $100 from All American Ford. The check was for the adjustment for difference in DMV new vehicle registration fees. Part of the price I had paid included the DMV fee for new plates. But when we did the paperwork, I opted to keep my old plates (I live in NY, don't like the new yellow plates) which cost less to register. They could've just kept the difference and I probably wouldn't even have noticed. You've got to appreciate their honesty! A rare quality in these days. More
Fraud Dealership This dealership is a fraud. On Feb 25 2015 they sold us a Certified Pre Owned 2014 Ford expedition that they brought over from their sister dealership This dealership is a fraud. On Feb 25 2015 they sold us a Certified Pre Owned 2014 Ford expedition that they brought over from their sister dealership All American Ford of Paramus. Our salesman was Steve Martino, we walked out the dealership with peace of mind that the car was a CPO and had powertrain warranty till 100K miles if anything major was to go wrong, boy were we wrong. A week a half ago with 83k miles on the car the engine started making a knocking noise, we took it to a ford dealer in south jersey who told us that the car needs a new engine and we would need to pay for it as there was no Certified Pre Owned warranty on the car. We were dumbfounded and called Ford North America who told us that the CPO warranty was cancelled by the dealership after the car was sold to us and there was no longer any CPO warranty on the car. They advised us to take the car to the selling dealer. We took the car to All American Ford asking for answers as we had the paperwork showing the car was CPO when they sold it to us. After keeping the car for a week and Steve called me to tell us since we had livery plates on the car the CPO has been cancelled, we called Ford North America again and were told by John the Certified Pre Owned Manager at Ford North America that livery plates do not effect the Certified Pre Owned status of the car and his records show the CPO warranty cancelled by All American Ford after it was sold to us. I called Steve back with the information given to me by Ford North America who backtracked on his previous statement and transferred me to Joe Fischer the General Manager. Mr Fischer was very hostile on the phone and kept asking for oil change receipts from a ford dealership, when I asked him a simple question if my car was CPO he refused to answer me and after getting loud at me hung up the phone on me telling me I can do whatever i want as there is no proof that the car was sold as CPO, whereas there actually is. A couple of hours later Mr Allen from the service department called me and told me the car was not CPO and he could offer me a discounted price of 8 thousand dollars to install a new engine. The is pathetic from a dealer that claims to be one of the biggest ford dealers in north new jersey. Not only did they commit a fraud by selling a non CPO car to us as a CPO but are refusing to take responsibility and to rub salt on our wounds asking for another 8 thousand dollars to fix the car which should already have been in warranty. Needless to say we have all the proof and paperwork and we will be taking this up with our lawyer, the department of consumer affairs, Ford North America and better business bureau as nobody deserves to be cheated like these by dealers like All American Ford. Buyers be extremely beware!! More

I brought it in at 9, signed paperwork and was asked if i would be waiting for repair to be done. I responded no that i would come back later that day after the repair was done. I was called at 4:30 pm that day and was told the van was not even looked at and they were very busy. I was not happy. The rep then told me that they have had cars there for days that have not even been looked at. Information i would have loved to know before i went there. Left the van overnight and called 11:30 am to see if it would be done and was told they would not get to it. I went and picked up my van with no work done. Thanks for nothing ALL American Ford. All could have been avoided if i was told it would take days to be done and not a couple of hours. More

I was being pressured into a truck $15,000 more than what I bargained for and with options that were useless for my needs. I gave All American Ford in Hackensack a shot just to see if all dealerships were the same. The answer is no, my service from the first phone call to the end of the deal was top notch. Brian and Steve were a tremendous help to me when it came to finding the right truck for my personal and business needs. Even with a few hiccups we were able to find a great compromise that suited both ends of the deal. Both team members were helpful, honest, and more concerned with getting me the right truck, rather than a more expensive truck with nonsense that I didn't need or want. Communication was on point and direct we weren't wasting any time on either end and that's what I respect the most. Our deal was honest, quick, and directly to the point. Couldn't be happier with my experience here. I just wish now that I didn't waste so much time at the other dealerships in the area. More
