Never Fixed the Problem I have to draw a distinction between the product - a Ford F150 which is absolutely great - and the total failure of the dealership to resolve a proble I have to draw a distinction between the product - a Ford F150 which is absolutely great - and the total failure of the dealership to resolve a problem. The problem itself is easy to describe: the dealer installed bedliner and cover prevented the automatic tailgate from functioning causing it not to close properly or not to open remotely. I learned about the failure to close when the contents of the truck bed spilled out on the roadway while I was driving; fortunately nothing serious occurred. Each time I took the truck back I had to explain to a service advisor what the issue was and then the mechanics tried various Rube Goldberg techniques to attempt to fix the issue. Despite multiple visits the problem remains unresolved. In my last visits, I sought to escalate the issue to service managers. No help there. And in my last visit, I was linked to the service department head who promised to be back in touch with me with a solution. It is many weeks later and I have still to hear. One issue that a service advisor warned me about, was that I should not complain to Ford because the dealership will treat "complainers" as persona non grata. I am now about to buy a new Ford SUV because I am happy with all other aspects of the Ford product, but no way would I use this dealership again. More

painless new vehicle buying I was looking for a new truck online and emailed Vivian Zarate about 2 F 150's I liked. She responded very quickly thru email as I had requested . Two days later I was meeting her at the dealership where she turned me over to Larry Rubin, a very capable salesman' and later that day I drove home with my new truck! I was most impressed with Vivian understanding what I wanted. It was just as easy working with Larry Rubin he came in to put the deal together with an easygoing flair that had me comfortable even during trade in negotiation! More
transmission warranty work I HAD THE TRANS REBUILT UNDER WARRANTY UNDER FORD AT THIS DEALER. MY CONCERN IS THE SHIFTING FROM 1 TO 2 ND GEAR DEALER SAID ITS OK WILL SEE STILL AM I HAD THE TRANS REBUILT UNDER WARRANTY UNDER FORD AT THIS DEALER. MY CONCERN IS THE SHIFTING FROM 1 TO 2 ND GEAR DEALER SAID ITS OK WILL SEE STILL AM A BIT CONCERNED BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME. CHECK WAS DONE UNDER WARRANTY THAT WAS A BIG RELIEF THANKFULLY. THANKS TO DILIGENT SERVICE WRITER AND MANAGER. WAS TOLD I NEEDED AN RADIATOR OVERFLOW TANK WHEN TRANS WAS REBUILT BUT IT TURNED OUT DID NOT NEED ONE. ONLY TROUBLE EVER HAD AT DEALER. Everyone I contacted was very nice and did exactly as they said! I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but when someone tells you they will call you back in 30 minutes, a lot of times they don.t But All American Ford will actually call you back within 30 minutes!!! Brian Eschrich (salesman) was super cool can extremely knowledgeable with the Fiesta ST I was purchasing. A total car guy through and through. He was able to answer all questions I had regarding the vehicle with clinical precision. Great guy. Also, I want to give a shout out to my girl Morgan, who helped facilitate the whole deal. Couldn't have done it without you, Morgan! And when I was in the finance room signing all the papers, I let the gentlemen know I was in a hurry because it happened to be my mom's birthday. He completely understood and I had all the papers signed in under 10 Minutes. But somehow didn't feel rushed. It was an AMAZING experience. All American Ford was the only dealership in the New York, New Jersey area that returned my phone calls as promised and delivered on the deal they gave me over the phone. An absolutely stress-free car buying experience that I have already recommended to my family and friends. I literally can't stop talking about All American Ford! This is THE BEST dealership I have ever worked with. THE BEST, regardless of the category of car. THE BEST. If you want great service, go on over and see Brian at All American Ford. It doesn't matter what dealership you've been to before. These guys will blow you away. More

Worst Bying Experience Ever!! I went o All American Ford in Hackensack to see a 2017 Mustang GT they showed they had in there inventory, after arriving there and speaking to the sa I went o All American Ford in Hackensack to see a 2017 Mustang GT they showed they had in there inventory, after arriving there and speaking to the salesman they discovered they did not had the GT in Inventory, I had priced out the GT on TRUECAR which gave me a rebate of $2,917,. After seen they did not have the GT in Stock i decided to see what they had in Inventory, They Had a 2017 Ecoboost White that i Liked, I Ran it through True Car and it came back with a rebate of $2,484.00- which they said they would honor! On there website the 2017 Ecoboost had a ford rebate of $1,000.00 so my total Rebate with the Truecar added should of been 3,484.00. which they did not give me they gave me a total Rebate of $2,376.00! I noticed after i got home and have been reaching out to them to make things rite, but all they are saying is they are Sorry and they will give me 2 free oil changes... Also I explicitly told them not to RUN MY CREDIT MORE THEN 2 TIMES, As i was already approved by Capital one, I told them Run it through FORD and see if they beat the Rate, which Ford Did, But they ran MY CREDIT 5!!! TIMES WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! On top of this here i am picking up a Brand New 2017 Mustang , Ford Did all the work Manufacturing, designing the car, all The dealer has to do it sale it and deliver it rite... They could not even Clean the car properly, car had some dirt on front passenger seat, and door panels which i pointed out to salesman and asked him to make sure they clean that, well i picked the car at night so i noticed the next day dirt was still there super poor job cleaning a already clean BRAND NEW CAR!! vERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!
