Second and last time leasing a car from them Just leased our second Explorer from them. Julian Santiago was our sales person. When discussing about registration we told him we wanted our plates transferred, he kept pushing for a new plates because he said our registration expires in November. I told him I don't mind paying again for renewal because the old plates have our initials and had them for years and there is a meaning behind them. He said ok not a problem we will have to pay for a new plates and then will receive a check back. He wrote on the envelope transfer plates. Three weeks later on June 15th we received an envelope with new plates and a note saying they could. It transfer the plates because the lease in on my wife's name and the old registration was on my name. This should have been explained to us before we leased the car or I would have put the lease on my name. When I called and asked to speak to the General Manager Joe Fisher, he said let me find out what is going on and he would call me back. He never did, some nice lady Cindy Hill called to let me know that she had no answer why this happened and she doesn't know how they did it the first time. She said I would have to fill out a credit application pay $70 and add my name as a coo-buyer. I told her I'd like to speak the Joe Fisher the General Manager. She put me on hold, three minutes later she said Joe is on the phone with the owner he will call me. Waited no phone call. I emailed her saying I will not fill out any paperwork before I spoke with Joe. She replayed back "I understand". Still no phone call from the General Manager. Today June 17th 2017 I called Mr Joe Fisher to let him know that I will keep the new plates and let him know that I will NEVER EVER go back to All American Ford. I would expect an apology from the General Manager who is the leader and the face of All American Ford but I guess they don't care. I am trying to find out who the owner is and send him a personal letter because obviously their management team doesn't care. We were going to go back there and get a pick up truck for my father in law but this will not happen and I will make sure people I know will NOT get a car from All American Ford. More

My phone was no longer paired and the clock was not working. Week prior had car incfir usb and ac. Imagine $3200. Prior requested rear fender clip iff too busy sent back undone. They talk to you lije you are bothering them. No more going there. Unsatisfactory all around More

As the title of my review states, this was the most stress free car buying experience I think I've ever had in my lifetime of buying cars. The car I inquired about over the phone was already in the parking lot when I arrived, and the price quoted over the phone was exactly the price I paid. No hidden taxes and/or fees. Time with finance manager was quick and easy, no pressure to buy add-ons. Overall, great experience and I will definitely recommend to family and friends. More

My husband and I are moving out of NYC and will need a car due to the amount of traveling I will be doing at my new job. I told him that the only thing I wanted and that will make my travels more settling was Sirius XM. My husband recently went into All American Ford to start discussions on a lease. He mentioned that he had a pleasant experience while working with Kacie and her team. He informed them how important it was for me to have Sirius XM and they promised we would receive a free 6 month trial and discussed monthly rates thereafter. Ultimately, they agreed on a 3 yr lease. My husband had to wait a couple of days while they got the car from a sister dealership. When the car was ready for pick up, my husband took a bus from NYC and walked 2 blocks in the rain. Kaci then alerted him that the car did NOT have Sirius XM. Confused, my husband reminded her of the deal that was made. There's nothing they can do about it, just an apology. If we knew the car didn't have Sirius XM capabilities then we wouldn't have gotten the car and Kacie and her team were fully aware of this. And Kacie had the nerve to ask my husband to fill out a positive survey or else "she wouldn't get paid for the deal." Yes Kacie, right away! They made a fool out of us. They sold the car under false pretense. That's, if not illegal, UNETHICAL. If they tell you one thing, make sure you ask for a detailed explanation. I'm really disappointed. And again, "There's nothing they can do." More

Great experience I went to All American Ford to trade in a used Taurus for a new one and had the pleasure of working with Vivian Zarate. She was able to get me the pr I went to All American Ford to trade in a used Taurus for a new one and had the pleasure of working with Vivian Zarate. She was able to get me the price I wanted for my trade in, as well as a great price on the new Taurus. I had a quick turn around need for the new car. Vivian and the whole team over at All American Ford was aware that my time was limited so they made sure the process was seamless and efficient. The car was thoroughly detailed when I picked it up, and even had a full tank of gas in it. Thanks for everything! More

Never Fixed the Problem I have to draw a distinction between the product - a Ford F150 which is absolutely great - and the total failure of the dealership to resolve a proble I have to draw a distinction between the product - a Ford F150 which is absolutely great - and the total failure of the dealership to resolve a problem. The problem itself is easy to describe: the dealer installed bedliner and cover prevented the automatic tailgate from functioning causing it not to close properly or not to open remotely. I learned about the failure to close when the contents of the truck bed spilled out on the roadway while I was driving; fortunately nothing serious occurred. Each time I took the truck back I had to explain to a service advisor what the issue was and then the mechanics tried various Rube Goldberg techniques to attempt to fix the issue. Despite multiple visits the problem remains unresolved. In my last visits, I sought to escalate the issue to service managers. No help there. And in my last visit, I was linked to the service department head who promised to be back in touch with me with a solution. It is many weeks later and I have still to hear. One issue that a service advisor warned me about, was that I should not complain to Ford because the dealership will treat "complainers" as persona non grata. I am now about to buy a new Ford SUV because I am happy with all other aspects of the Ford product, but no way would I use this dealership again. More
