Because of my experience with their service department, I recently purchased a new vehicle from them as well. The experience was zero pressure, painless, and personal. I walked away happy with the deal offered and was extremely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. From Blake in sales, to Tony the manager, and Amy in finance, all of them made me feel like I came first and that my satisfaction with the sale was top priority. I would recommend Alden and their entire team to anyone in need of a new car, or service. Let's also not forget Brian from parts who is the man and takes good care of his customers with accessories! I will definitely continue using them for my service needs for the life of my new Mazda! More

Chirs was very knowledgeable and eager to work with me and was very helpful in explaining the process once I decided to purchase the car. I previously dealt with Tasca Mazda in Seekonk and was not pleased with the gentlemen who was helping me he was not helpful and had no interest in working with me in reference to the price of the care. I was glad I went to Alden Mazda. More

Purchase of new MX5 Wow! I have bought many cars both new and used over the years and I have never dealt with a dealer that I was more impressed with! Almost all of my in Wow! Almost all of my interactions and negotiations were by email and I was a bit nervous about that...I couldn't have been more wrong. Every thing went as smoothly and maybe better because it was in writing. I got an excellent deal on my ceramic metallic club (which they went and got for me at another dealer). I had received quotes from several dealers, some of which were out of state (because the color I wanted was just not available locally).The actually purchase/picking up of the car was so smooth, with "0" surprises! Car was detailed and prepared just how I asked it to be! Cassidy, Chris and Tony were just awesome to deal with, and I really made they work for this deal too! If you are looking for a good deal, and some awesome people to work with and for you, go see Alden Mazda...I was very pleased!! More

Frustrated customer Mazda is a great company, but all manufacturers occasionally turn out a lemon. Unfortunately for me, Alden Mazda has chosen not to stand behind their product as my brand new 2016 AWD CX 5 GT developed major electric and safety problems within 2 days of driving it off their lot. 5 visits to the Alden Mazda service department within first month of ownership. They were all very "down to earth" and we did not feel the slightest pressure at all. They accommodated all our needs and put us into a great car within our budget. We have owned Honda's and decided to try out a Mazda and are happy we did. We definitely recommend going to Alden Mazda. More

Told them exactly what I was looking for, and received a detailed quote over the phone. We went in Saturday morning and bought the car for that price. We financed part of the purchase and they got a rate below what they estimated. This was the easiest, most positive car buying experience we ever had! More

Was very good. This place was very good. I got a 2009 premium Subaru Forrester with 40K miles on it at pretty much the price I want. Got a decent amount of gas. The This place was very good. Two months later the car is doing well. Did well with the trade in. I asked to try out the sound system with gangsta rap and they brought me a Mo Deep cd. Who does that? I will begin my next search with this place. They stayed in touch with little things and sent me auto phone calls introducing the service staff. Just everything I could have wanted. More
