I came from about 60 miles away and everything was ready for me - contacts and paperwork all in order by the time I arrived. Numbers were EXACTLY what we discussed. Scott was quick to get back with a quote as I requested (a price for the car, plus an out-the-door price, including taxes, registration and the like, so there would be no surprises). His quote (of the dealers who had my specific car) was very close (<$50) to the winning bid. The distance from where I live was a bit much, but if the bid was better the other way, I probably would have made the trip. I only had a phone call and some e-mails, but otherwise, he seemed quite reasonable. More
