The sales staff: Andrew the salesman, Tony the general manager and Amy the finance manager were incredible, They are the complete opposite of any car sales people I have ever de salesman, Tony the general manager and Amy the finance manager were incredible, They are the complete opposite of any car sales people I have ever dealt with. No pressure, no bull...just honest, straight talk, from the moment you walk in, to the time you leave (which is not an all-day affair like at many other dealerships). Finalizing the deal and doing the paperwork was done very efficiently and professionally. You see how well both Tony and Amy work together in that process. The day I picked up the car, Andrew very patiently explained all the dash controls and car’s features, again very efficiently and professionally. If I could give them a higher rating, I would! Recently out of the blue conversation came up about a motorcycle dealership we were having an issue with and we both decided the only dealership that was never a headache or a hassle was Alden Mazda. Prompt efficient effective callbacks . Not going to boil you with the details but a couple issues I had to deal with not Alden Mazda or Mazda's fault cause a great Allen handled expertly even at 18 months after we signed the dotted line. They was still there in our corner doing their job just like they would be before you sign a deal. Seems like everyone else once you sign the dotted line couldn't give a care anymore and I see that across the board in numerous numerous purchases auto and motorcycle I'll never buy another car from another dealership More
