Oil change and vacuume I scheduled my complementary oil change with a car wash and vacuume on my brand new car and was told it would take approximately two hours. After thre I scheduled my complementary oil change with a car wash and vacuume on my brand new car and was told it would take approximately two hours. After three hours of waiting I finally got my car back. It was not vacuumed and the outside was was clearly rushed through because a lot of spots were missed. More

I do have to wonder why in 4 years I have had 4 different service writers. They have all been knowledgeable about my vehicle. Why do they leave? I worked in the automobile industry for over 30 years and have never seen a turnover like this before. Service has been good. Work done as promised and prices good. It would just be nice to work with someone who knows me and not just my car. More
