Very nice people working here, a bit upset that it takes an hour to change oil. I do realize worker shortage , therefore not to overload workers that are there scheduled appointments should not be overloade an hour to change oil. Bought a used car from them 6 months ago and it's already unusable. It broke down once before already and we got it handled. But now it's broken down again and this time we're worried that the cost is going unusable. It broke down once before already and we got it handled. Bank isn't going to work with us trying to replace the car due to recent credit issues even though we've made every payment since we got it. We don't know what we're going to do. To have a $9k car die within 6 months is quite unreasonable. We had the car in the shop 3 months ago and they didn't notify us of any outstanding concerns on the car. At this point, I'm just going they'll take payments or something because this car has been incredibly stressful. Not to mention the hoardes of ants that had been coming out of the woodworks of the car (which have been there since we got it so it isn't anything we've done)? I'm just incredibly displeased with this dealership. 9k loan on a car just for it to die in less than a year is unsatisfactory. If things change and they decide to work with us on the cost of the car repairs, I'll make an update. But as of right now I'm not happy at all. More
Buyers beware….Al Serra is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I’ll start by saying that my salesman Jon was the best part of the experience. Jon was key to keeping me from completely loosing it wit dealt with. I’ll start by saying that my salesman Jon was the best part of the experience. Jon was key to keeping me from completely loosing it with the place. He went above and beyond during the sale and after but it was the rest of the dealership that has turned me away and I will never recommend anyone go there. This isn’t my first horrible experience with Al Serra either. I decided to give them another chance thinking my previous experience was a one off but I was dead wrong. This went south in a hurry. I added an accessory to my truck that Al Serra was to install. I specifically stated absolutely DO NOT drill holes and they decided to drill 2 holes and not even seal or protect them just leaving bare metal. Oh but they offered me 2 free oil changes to make up for it….unbelievable. You just created thousands in damaged but want to give me 2 oil changes. That was my breaking point. The next piece of the puzzle was a mirror that was damaged before I took delivery. It took them 4 weeks to finally decide to fix it and they had the truck on 2 occasions for multiple days each time. When I finally did get the truck back and the mirror fixed I found an overspray of some kind completely covering my mirror, my windows and on my doors…I’m still trying to get all this overspray off my truck…...it is literally everywhere….absolutely unacceptable but I will never let them touch my vehicle again not even for a wiper blade. My previous vehicle from them they crashed the day I was supposed to pick it up. They made all the repairs and their repairs completely fell apart. Clear coat came off, paint chipping off but for my trouble they installed roof marker lights for me…. Yeah with self tapping screws and no sealer. They leaked like crazy and they never did fix them properly even though they said they did. Once that sale is final they couldn’t care less about you and your vehicle. I nor anyone I know will ever purchase from them again. It’s worth your time to look elsewhere, I know I am. Very sad too because Jon was great. Jon if you ever switch dealers let me know.
