I bought a 2017 equinox WITH a $2000. 00 warranty that covers nothing I brought my car back for service for !I brought it in because the blower motor was not working all the time,they upda 00 warranty that covers nothing I brought my car back for service for !I brought it in because the blower motor was not working all the time,they updated some module for $200.00 ! Not covered! So then they tell me I needed a new blower motor for $850.00 not covered! I could’ve replaced myself in 15 minutes but I already paid $200.00 for a fix that didn’t fix it ! But then they told me I need front end control arms and front end alignment! For like another few hundred dollars! My car has 6600.00 miles on it! I took it to tuffy muffler for for a resonator problem and they inspected the car ,didn’t need control arms! After that I bought new tires at Bell tire and they put it on there machine to see if it needed a front end alignment and guess what? It didn’t! xxxxing Ale Sara dealership is a joke ! They don’t car about you or your car that you bought from them! I feel like they are crooks! I have more stories too ! Never going back again! Go somewhere else! I won’t go back for a new car or even a oil change! More

AL SERRA AUTO GROUP sold me a Subaru with a BAD ENGINE. They wont stand behind it, should not have been on the lot offered for sale. The car pictured, appeared in much better shape than the car I saw - by far. The passenger side front wheel was tilted right, while the drivers side front wheel was straight-flush with the body of the car. car I saw - by far. The car battery was dead, and the radio did not work. The car was advertised at 60,000. In my many years of experience, based on wear and apparent mechanical issues. I would guess the car actually had more like 160,000 miles. They were asking a little over $10k, and in my opinion, was not worth even one third of that price. The body of the car was in far worse shape than the photos, as well. Very disappointing, indeed. Though Brooke, the person I met with was friendly, the rest of the experience was very poor. I do not plan on returning to that lot, based on my experience. Another item that was disappointing was, I drove well over an hour to see this car. Prior to my traveling out to see the car, I did inquire via phone about the car. But, no details on what I found, we’re offered ahead of time. Thanks, Ed- More
Ordered a 2023 Subaru Crosstrex Sport in June 2022 was a good experience agreed on the price with my trade but when the car came in October I got a call the day before I was going to pick it up asking me fo good experience agreed on the price with my trade but when the car came in October I got a call the day before I was going to pick it up asking me for additional 3K I said not going to happen after going back and forth we came to an agreed amount. I understand inflation it effects us all but not to disclose this when I ordered the car not right. The salesman when ordering the car was very knowledgeable but so was I with the internet and my research I knew what the answers were before asking questions and there were no red flags from the salesman. With knowledge is power so when ordering a car no matter what make or model ask right up front if there's going to be an additional fee when the car comes in don't be blindsided. Would of given 5 stars but for that one glitch. More

My first car I bought I did not even get off of the lot and took it back to service were they had to replace all of the pistons and others to do so. Tried to give them the benefit of doubt and buying a second VW Car and I when trying to get down to a reasonable price they would not move and or give me any kind of blur book value for my trade. I went to other VW dealers which were willing to do so in writing. I wanted to get a local car for service reasons but they would not match what the other dealers would do. Three time I tried with different sales reps and none would budge. I went one time to williams VW in lansing and they met all needs and above. I have 75 thousand miles on the car now and brought it in for service due to the passenger side blind spot indicator light mirrow not working. I had a appointment time at 8.00 am and thinking they would get my vehicle in and at lease inspected today. They called and said not till the next day that they had at lease 10 cars in front of mine. Then what is a time schedule for if its not met. Just a thought for every one to remember. More
Made an appointment 3 weeks out and they failed to even look at the vehicle in 48 hours. I called and talked to the service manager and was told "we don't give time estimates when dropping off vehicles". I look at the vehicle in 48 hours. Worst Dodge/Ram/Chrysler experience and that's saying something. I was also told by Fred that I'd need to sue the Mopar lifetime warranty because they look for reasons to not cover the warranty even before I dropped it off. Complete cluster on all levels More
