Outstanding Experience Start To Finish We just bought our fourth vehicle from Airport Honda since 2005. Our sales representative, Kevin Coffman, has come through for us again and made the We just bought our fourth vehicle from Airport Honda since 2005. Our sales representative, Kevin Coffman, has come through for us again and made the entire experience outstanding. We did not meet Kevin until we bought a 2008 Accord. We were introduced to Kevin by Chris Denny, Airport Honda's General Manager in 2008. Kevin asked what kind of cars we were considering and we said a Honda Fit, a Civic and an Accord. He got one of each vehicle and parked them all in a line with the hoods, doors and trunks all opened. Before we ever sat down in any of them, he took us to each vehicle and explained all the features of each one. We then drove the vehicles and made a decision that we would purchase an Accord. In 2013, as the newly revised version of the Accord was introduced, we bought another accord from Kevin. This past weekend, we bought a 2016 Honda Pilot from Kevin. Our car buying experiences with Kevin Coffman have been unlike any other buying experiences we have ever had. There has been no high pressure, but rather a genuine interest in helping us purchase what we want. His service after the sale has been outstanding as well. We can stop by the dealership any time he is working and he will take the time to provide whatever assistance we need or just carry on a friendly conversation while we're having routine services performed. In our opinion, Kevin has been the ultimate professional sales representative and represents Airport Honda in an outstanding manner. Beyond the sales experience, our service experience has been outstanding as well. Chuck Quiett, Airport Honda's Service Manager, and the entire Service Department have provided outstanding service experiences with all four vehicles and have made sure that we were satisfied with the work that has been performed. Great Experience My mom was looking for a used SUV, for a reasonable price, & with less than 100K miles. After thinking it over and working the numbers out and deciding on what I would like to have, I went in. I got paired with Dan. I told him what I was looking to do and he immediately went to work trying to find the right car to match my needs. Was very helpful in explaining everything that was new. I went in wanting a 2015 Honda Civic LX the same color as my last one. Unfortunately, the only one they had left, had a spoiler. I wasn't really into the look, so we sat down and discussed the options. Initially we talked about getting one through a dealer trade, but he talked with the sales manager and was able to get me in an EX and keep around the same payment. He was very professional and there wasn't any pressure. John handled my finance paperwork. I know part of the job is to sell warranty packages and GAP coverage, which do have a purpose. I have seen many finance managers at dealers that are very pushy about this, but John was completely opposite. He explained the different packages, but was not pushy. I ended up getting a small maintenance package, that is a great deal in my eyes. It allows me to pay for many maintenance items, that aren't covered under warranty, over time instead of one large payment in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. More
