We were upfront with John about our budget and he never pushed us to go over that, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he was extremely friendly- really easy to talk to. We felt like we made a friend, not met a salesperson. It was the first time my husband or I have bought a used car in years, and we were very nervous going in about being hounded by super aggressive sales people- John was just the opposite. He listened to our needs, was helpful in finding a car, and then worked with us on the price. The whole experience was a lot less painful than we thought it would be! :) More

They where very patient with us and we appreciated it. We had our 2.5 year old son with us and never felt impatience from the associates. They where patient through all our questions and concerns, even when we asked the same question over and over again. On top of this all, they where very competitive in the price compared to other dealerships. When we first walked into the dealership this afternoon we were greeted by a salesman, Michael Sellers. We went on a bit of a ride through some hilly country areas and really got to feel what the car could do. The best part about my experience at Airport Honda is that I never at any time felt like they were trying to take advantage of us or pressure us into buying. To me Mike felt like a really honest, genuine person who wasn't just trying to sell us a car, but help us find the right car for us at the right price. All of the questions we had were answered and the trade in value they gave us was more than fair. I think that we definitely got the best service, price and vehicle from Airport Honda. I would definitely bring my business to them again! More

He was also very informative about the products on the lot. He check with us after we bought the car to make sure everything was going well, and even after we came in for a service call, he checked in with us to make sure things were satisfactory. I was in the market for a certified, used Honda Odyssey after being a multiple Chrysler minivan owner over the last 20 years. I found a promising Odyssey on the internet at Airport HOnda, 2 1/2 hrs. from m after being a multiple Chrysler minivan owner over the last 20 years. I found a promising Odyssey on the internet at Airport HOnda, 2 1/2 hrs. from my NC hometown. I exchanged emails with Floyd Glenn about the van, features, and price. Calling back the next morning, Floyd was 'off' so I talked with Jim Davis about seeing the vehicle with my husband. We arrived at the dealership to 'red carpet' treatment. Jim was very friendly, easy to talk with (tho' he is a UT fan...), extremely knowledgeable about the Odyssey, and efficient with the ensuing paperwork. He had the vehicle 'gassed up' and in perfect condition, and even pointed out a tiny paint imperfection on one door handle (the car's only flaw). Jim spent several hours with us showing us how to operate all the van's features and easily & patiently answered our questions. Throughout the process we were impressed with his honesty and forthright manner. As we drove home with our 'new' Odyssey, he called us just to see if we had any questions about the van's performance or operation. The next week, he sent a follow-up note just to say he was available if we had any concerns or questions and a week or two after that, we got a call from Floyd just to check on us and thanking us for our business. The whole car-purchase-out-of-state could not have gone any smoother and we would heartily recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a certified Honda.
