Excellent purchase process Our drive to Airport Honda is 50 miles. We spoke to Kevin and he set up an appointment for us. When we arrived he was waiting for us, with the car warmed and ready to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took time to explain all the features, so we would be comfortable with the vehicle. While we discussed the purchase our trade, which we had purchased from Airport Honda, was appraised. Kevin does not rush, or try to push through the process. He doesn't try to sell you any car, he makes sure it is the car you want. Purchase process was very smooth, Homer, F&I manager, made the finance process smooth and very quick. Homer explained all paperwork and extended warranty, quick and easy. We drove the new car home. Recommend Kevin, Daryl and Homer very highly. Kevin has followed up with us after the purchase a couple of times, making sure we had no issues or questions about the vehicle. They were very considerate of my circumstances with my injuries and timing since I needed to move fairly quickly on a replacement vehicle. Dan was awesome to work with. Nice, concerned with my needs, not overbearing. A very genuine person who truly wanted to help me find the car for me. I literally saw the car on Saturday and as soon as I had the insurance settled on Wednesday, I completed the paperwork and drove the car off the lot that night. Even though I wasn't purchasing a high dollar new vehicle, the management was involved in the transaction and ensured that I was taken care of. The manager even offered a lifetime warranty on the engine if service was completed at the dealership since it had under 100,000 miles. Definitely ask for Dan Sanford and he will take care of you whether you're looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. After the horrible car accident, injuries, etc it was nice to not worry about buying a car. Highly recommend! More
