I appreciate your consideration and sensitivity to Bill's shortcomings. Please understand I have been a faithful customer over many years and, since I moved out West, have driven all the way across town to have my Honda services at Airport Honda. It only takes one very bad experience, as I had, to be sure it never happens again. So I am doing what I fear other customers may also be doing and that is to take my business elsewhere. West Side Honda is closer to my home and they have no one as rude and inconsiderate, so lacking in customer service, as Bill Burns. Frankly, at this point, I am not sure if my new tire was placed/rotated as it should be or if it was just meeting Bill's standards of staying by the numbers.
