His knowledge was impressive .We had done our research and wanted a good reliable car with a good safely rating. The Honda was a good fit for us. Our last car was 16 years old. We bought it new. Kevin was very good at explaining how the new car worked. A lot has changed in 16 years! We also worked with LaMarcus Thompson for financing. He was very friendly and worked efficiently to get our paperwork done and make out experience a good one. More

Poor service Took 2015 Honda Accord in for oil change today 2/23/17 they didn't put sticker on window with next mileage and didn't reset oil gauge to 100%. Called them to let them know and they said they would call me back and tell me how to reset at 1:24 this morning. Well it's 4:45 and still no call back so I called Morristown Honda where I bough it and they were able to thee me on the phone. Also every time I bring my cars in they tell me I need wiper blades when I get oil change. More

Wanting me to sign obligation paper before a price quote??? I was simply shopping around for best trade-in values and auto prices....with pre-approved financing from my bank...Once I declined a credit check (be I was simply shopping around for best trade-in values and auto prices....with pre-approved financing from my bank...Once I declined a credit check (because my financing is prearranged) they asked me to sign an "Obligation to Purchase" form before they even gave me numbers on my trade value which they examined. When I refused to sign it and mentioned that I was simply comparing prices and and looking for the beast deal- they REFUSED TO PROVDE ME NUMBERS on my trade. They would give me no estimates..Although I have a blank check from my bank. What else do they want??......The salesman JB was nice enough but probably has his hands tied with the chosen business methods of this dealership. I will buy my new car someplace else now. More

Great buying experience!!! After not having a great experience at the local Honda dealer we drove about forty miles to Airport Honda on Super Bowl Sunday. We were met at the f After not having a great experience at the local Honda dealer we drove about forty miles to Airport Honda on Super Bowl Sunday. We were met at the front by Bruce Wayne. Bruce was very friendly and courteous, after asking what we wanted to see he immediately begin gathering the information on those vehicles and pulling them to the front for us to see. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and was happy to answer all my questions. We decided to drive the 2017 Honda CRV AWD EXL w/Navi. Before and during the test drive Bruce explained all the features. He also explained the differences between different trim packages. After the test drive I was still torn between the vehicle we drove and a different model vehicle we had seen at another dealer. Bruce was very patient and listened, he was never pushy or pressuring. Once I decided to go with the CRV, we explained to Bruce we needed the purchase price to be equal to my current vehicle trade value plus a set amount of cash. Bruce took our offer to Daryl and very quickly came back with a deal. We proceed to meet with LaMarcus to finalize the deal. I would definitely purchase a car there again and will tell all my friends. Overall great experience. More
