Airport Honda

I went online and requested an internet quote for a certain car. I received an email with a great price reduction. I visited another dealership on Friday afternoon and their price was not what i expect certain car. I received an email with a great price reduction. I visited another dealership on Friday afternoon and their price was not what i expected. On Saturday morning I drove to Airport Honda where I met with Floyd Glenn. I decided on 2 cars and Floyd was very helpful getting the numbers for me and for giving me space while my daughter and I discussed the pros and cons of each car. When we had give him the numbers that we decided on he brought in Chuck Quiett. He knew his job well. I gave in just a few hundred dollars and left with a new 2012 Honda Civic EX-L. Harold Robbins was very helpful with the financial part. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this dealership and its employees to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I would like to thank the gentleman that is over the internet department,for sending a response so soon, that is one of the reasons I decided to buy a new car so fast. Thanks to everyone. More

Dayton has been the serviceman that has helped me my last 3 visits. Each time he has greeted me with a big smile and a great attitude. The first time, the power was out, so he didn't have access to service 3 visits. Each time he has greeted me with a big smile and a great attitude. The first time, the power was out, so he didn't have access to service records, but was able to provide the service I needed, and get me quickly checked out. The second time, I needed a rental car, and he had the car before I knew it, and I was able to get to work in time. The third visit, I needed a ride to the airport, but had forgotten to bring a spare set for my return, which was after dealership hours. No problem, Dayton volunteered to work after hours, and picked me up at the aiport, again, with a big smile. It's people like Dayton that make Airport Honda the wonderful dealership it is. I've never had a bad experience, and I recommend Airport Honda to everyone. More

Jim Davis is really great. We actually bought a car from him last fall 2010, and unfortunately, my husband wrecked his car a year later so we stopped back in to see what he could do for us again. He didn't know our names, but he knew what we did for a living, what we had bought, and I was so surprised as many people as he probably deals with in any given year. We didn't actually purchase a car from him this year, but I wish we could have. His customer service is superb, and I never feel like he's putting a show on for us. He did his best to inform us when something came on the lot that was in our range, but ultimately, we ended up going to another dealer simply because of an unbelievable deal. Unfortunately, our salesman there was not nearly as terrific as Jim, but we'll definitely use Jim again in the future. I would highly recommend Airport Honda and Jim Davis as a salesman. More

I had a wonderful experience at Airport Honda. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership, but the first time I have worked with Kevin Coffman. I met with Kevin for the first time this the second car I have purchased from this dealership, but the first time I have worked with Kevin Coffman. I met with Kevin for the first time this past spring to start my car search and knew that I wanted to buy a Honda from him once I was ready. He checked in on me every few months just to see how my search was going and to ask if he could be of any help. He was never pushy one time, just very helpful and professional. He was a fantastic sales consultant and did everything possible to help my husband and I find exactly what we needed. Kevin definitely went above and beyond our expectations. He was not an agressive car salesman like so many are. I felt very comfortable through the entire process of deciding which car to purchase.
