I was looking at the Civics while having my Accord serviced. The service department is the best I have ever seen. I didn't think I could fit into a Civic since I am 6'2 and I made mention of that to serviced. The service department is the best I have ever seen. We went for a test drive and I was really impressed with the car, and after putting Floyd through four agonizing tooth pulling days, I bought it! There was absolutely no high pressure. And I liked that so much I kept going back. The end result was the purchase. Couldn't of, wouldn't of except for Floyd. They need to give this guy a raise. Great salesman. And a great guy to boot. I highly recommend this dealership. It's my second car from them and they have a family feel about them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

My vehichle listed cheaper in advertisement, when I went back to dealership after already purchasing it they would'nt do anything about it. Very disappointed in being taken advantage of. I had brought my van in to have the timing belt, spark plugs, and the oil changed. I also needed a panel on the side of the driver's side seat fixed. It was there that I met Scott. We had already spoken on the phone and he had called to let me know that he had a loaner car for me. He was very professional, courteous, and personable and called if there was ever a change in the cost of what he had estimated before. The loaner car was a Honda Accord and it drove like a dream. When I returned to pick up my van, I was greated by Scott hisnwith a, "Hi, Ms. Fuller." It was so nice to be treated like a person and not just a number or a make and model number. Scott was truly the best and I will be recommending to everyone I know to deal with him when they take their vehicles to Airport Honda. Bravo to Scott Moore! More

Jim did a great job getting my requirements for the car I was looking for. He helped me narrow down my selection by test driving various vehicles. I found that this dealership had the ex-l, which I was looking for, and even in black, like my wife wanted, and did not add the LOA fee. I gave as accurate description of my car as I could, and they quoted me a very fair trade in price, without seeing my car. Mr. Davis really is the person you hear on the phone, which seems to good to be true. Traveled to knoxville, completed the deal as discussed on the phone, shown all the features of the car by Mr. Davis, filled car up with gas, and we were thanked and sent on our way to Ky. I had a voice mail on my phone when we got home, Mr. Davis wanting to see how our trip home was. I would say that my experience with Mr. Davis and Air Port Honda would be an 11 out of 10.
