Airport Honda

Jim Davis is really great. We actually bought a car from him last fall 2010, and unfortunately, my husband wrecked his car a year later so we stopped back in to see what he could do for us again. He ACTUAL him last fall 2010, and unfortunately, my husband wrecked his car a year later so we stopped back in to see what he could do for us again. He ACTUALLY remembered us! He didn't know our names, but he knew what we did for a living, what we had bought, and I was so surprised as many people as he probably deals with in any given year. We didn't actually purchase a car from him this year, but I wish we could have. His customer service is superb, and I never feel like he's putting a show on for us. He did his best to inform us when something came on the lot that was in our range, but ultimately, we ended up going to another dealer simply because of an unbelievable deal. Unfortunately, our salesman there was not nearly as terrific as Jim, but we'll definitely use Jim again in the future. I would highly recommend Airport Honda and Jim Davis as a salesman. More

I had a wonderful experience at Airport Honda. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership, but the first time I have worked with Kevin Coffman. I met with Kevin for the first time this past spring to start my car search and knew that I wanted to buy a Honda from him once I was ready. He checked in on me every few months just to see how my search was going and to ask if he could be of any help. He was never pushy one time, just very helpful and professional. He was a fantastic sales consultant and did everything possible to help my husband and I find exactly what we needed. Kevin definitely went above and beyond our expectations. He was not an agressive car salesman like so many are. I felt very comfortable through the entire process of deciding which car to purchase. Overall Bill was very helpful, courteous and professional. Bill doesn't seem to be very pushy which is good. He appeared to be very genuine and to the point which I appreciate. I am not the easiest person to make a sale with but I am sure I'm not the worst. Either way he did very well. The only problem I encountered was in the finance office when I was given my payment. Not because the finance person (Frank) did anything wrong but because my payment was 60 dollars higher than what the sales manager had stated it would be. Apparently the manager who wrote the offer did not figure the numbers in correctly. I will say this, the manager made situation right and honored the deal he had written. That says alot about Airport Honda that they are willing to correct their mistakes. It was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Airport Honda. In fact that was my second purchase at that location. More

Professional, friendly staff. Derek helped us as soon as we walked on the lot. I told him what I needed size and price wise. He didnt pressure me into a sale I didnt want. Went to dealership with a 2005 honda accord in very bad condition caused by neglect from family member. Car was not worth remaining balance of outstanding loan.
