We got a 2014 CR-V EX-L and that is exactly what we wanted when we drove to the dealership. Dan specifically provided guidance and direction as far as options in the various model / trim packages. As usual, we first expected the routine sales pitches, but that did not happen. Russ Wakeman asked questions about us, our background, and lifestyle. He was looking for common ground to build a relationship first, and he found it. That impressed me greatly, and created a warm smile with my wife. AFTER we became friends, we then went to work and found a beautiful light blue 2014 Odyssey. It is perfect for our needs and so enjoyable to drive. We then found Russ's backup team, Sales Managers Trustin Hampton and Erick Foster, who also worked closely with us for a good deal and price to fit our budget. They were never satisfied until we were. The entire experience with Airport Honda was remarkable, and it is still ongoing. They check up on us weekly! Their loyalty warrants the same in return. We will always return to Airport Honda for servicing, another vehicle, more smiles and handshakes. And we will always refer others to them. It is by far the best dealership we've ever experienced.
