He asked what all I was looking for, as far as price, features and brand. He took me to four different dealerships under the Twin City umbrella until I found a great car (and something nicer than I thought I'd be able to get). I never felt pressured or rushed, and he spent a great deal of time showing me around. Trustin Hampton and Chris Denny were the managers who I spoke to, and were both very nice and helpful. Overall, I simply can't recommend these gentleman enough. More

We were not prepared to purchase a vehicle, though we had been to several dealerships to look at different brands/models. James Paul noticed us in our vehicle waiting out a rain shower and walked across the lot in the rain to invite us inside to wait out the rain and talk cars. James worked hard asking us questions about what we needed and finding a car that would suit our needs. He did such a good job in fact, that he changed us from "shoppers" to buyers. We never felt pressured, but were comfortable enough to buy the Accord we left in. The dealership was nice, but Mr. Paul is the reason we bought. What a wonderful young man (with a very beautiful daughter!). He made this entire experience very pleasant and easy. He demonstrated such a vast knowledge of the vehicle we wanted to look at (CR-V) and had such an upbeat and pleasant attitude. Very informative about the car and seemingly recognized what points of interest to identify and when he was getting too technical with us. I am sure he got this from the gentle questioning he did and conversational points. If we do decide to purchase a second car, we will definitely be back to visit LaMarcus - he is 'our' car salesman from now on! More
