We visited this dealership last fall 2013 and test drove a Honda Crossfire car we had seen and thought we liked. At the time, our vehicle was a 2003 Honda CR-V and we were pleased with Honda performance and a Honda Crossfire car we had seen and thought we liked. Robert "Bob" Zeller answered all our questions and thoroughly covered the vehicle options but we were just "kicking the tires" and not ready to purchase at that time. However, when we returned to the dealership on 2/15/2014, we asked for Bob since he did not pressure us (we HATE being pressured by salespersons) but of course had followed up with correspondence inviting us to return and consider other options Honda has to offer. Since I really liked my Honda CR-V, we test drove the new 2014 Honda CR-V (EX-L version) and Bob again patiently answered our questions while working us through the entire sales process. Bob was honest, very thorough, and worked with us in considering all options we wanted in the vehicle. Upon our request, he allowed us to speak to a sales manager we were comfortable working with throughout the "dreaded haggling process" we despise! The sales manager "Trustin Hampton" was pleasant, considerate, and cooperative; he worked with us in "sealing the deal" and we are so pleased with the end result! After we agreed on the vehicle, terms, and trade-in value, Bob and Trustin referred us to the dealer finance representative "Homer Hart" who efficiently handled our paperwork with a great finance rate while Bob worked with the rest of Airport Honda's team to have our new vehicle ready the same day. It was a long day, starting with our 9300am arrival at the dealership and leaving as satisfied customers in our new 2014 Honda CR-V at 5:30pm that evening. Our Kudos to the Airport Honda Team in Alcoa - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! - we love our new Honda and appreciate the outstanding customer service we received from Bob, Trustin, Homer, and all other team members involved! I was referred to Kevin Coffman by my parents who have dealt with him a few times. My dad told me that Kevin does not play games like some car dealers. I had no intention of buying a car from Airport Honda. I already had a deal lined up with another dealership, but I just wanted to do a little "comparison shopping" before I purchased the car. LaMarcus app already had a deal lined up with another dealership, but I just wanted to do a little "comparison shopping" before I purchased the car. LaMarcus approached me and I told him what I wanted and that I had something else lined up. We test drove the exact car I wanted and then we started negotiating a deal. My numbers were low compared to Airport's prices, but LaMarcus worked out a comparable deal. I ended up buying the car from Airport, ONLY because of LaMarcus's hard work (not sure he made much off the sale). He is an exceptional sales person and a gentleman. Airport Honda is very fortunate to have him. More
