Floyd Glenn of Airport Honda was the dealer that met with me when I wanted to buy a car I saw on the lot: a Black 2009 Honda FIT. Unlike recent dealers I have met with when looking at cars, he did not try to me when I wanted to buy a car I saw on the lot: a Black 2009 Honda FIT. Unlike recent dealers I have met with when looking at cars, he did not try to push me into buying the car. He was very cordial,very knowledgeable about the FIT, and made certain it was the car I wanted to purchase. He spent quite a bit of time with me showing me what the car could do, introducing me to the service department...helping me get all my things from my old car to the new one. I have bought many cars over the years, and I can say that my experience buying a car from Airport Honda and Floyd was indeed the best all-around dealer experience I have had. More

We were very impressed with Airport Honda upon our first visit to the dealership. Kevin Coffman kept in contact with us via email when we were looking for a vehicle and trying to make a decision. When we asked him a question he was quick to respond with a honest answer. When we went back to the dealership a few days later to test drive another car Jim Davis helped us because Kevin was out of the office. Jim was very friendly and professional just as Kevin was. He answered our questions and if he didn't know the answer he went and found out the answer to our questions. Kevin Coffman/ Jim Davis were both extremely professional yet at the same time very personable! We decided to buy from Airport Honda Sales Associates Kevin Coffman and Jim Davis because they offered us a great deal not just a good deal! We were looking to purchase a late model used Honda Odyssey. Greg McGuire spent over an hour showing us the cars on his lot and taking a couple of test drives. We found him to be both friendly and a Odyssey. Greg McGuire spent over an hour showing us the cars on his lot and taking a couple of test drives. We found him to be both friendly and a wealth of knowledge. We did not initially purchase the van but later called and committed to buy it. Unfortunately, I had to work 12 hours each of the next two days but Greg helped my wife to complete the paperwork and gave her a thorough 40 minute training on the use and features of the vehicle. As further token of goodwill, he gave us a cargo liner and a new set of car mats. With such goodwill, we are certainly likely to be repeat customers and to highly recommend him to our friends and family. Sincere thanks for excellent service. More

Over the last few years we have bought two new Honda automobiles from Airport Honda. We wanted to buy from a locally owned/managed dealership that would value its customers and offer good service and f automobiles from Airport Honda. Thanks in large part to Kevin Coffman we found just that at Airport Honda. Kevin sincerely cares about his customers, goes the extra miles to be of assistance, and is very knowledgeable, reliable, patient, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The sales experiences and the follow-ups over the years have been first rate. We would not want to work with anyone else in a car buying situation. We went shopping for a number of different makes and models of cars with their end of 2010 deals. This was the only dealership that actually offered what advertised on TV, radio, internet, etc. Everyo models of cars with their end of 2010 deals. We were extremely satisfied with the price offered the first time. No time was wasted with higher offers and trying to talk down as with other dealerships. Our Sales Consultant, Floyd Glenn, never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. We felt like we were in control through the whole process. He followed up with us more than once after the sale to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Floyd Glenn. Brady & Elizabeth More
