I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else, EVER! I just purchased my 15th car - a 2014 Honda CRV, but it is my 1st car purchase from Airport Honda. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed the experience and drove off the lot and said WOW that was easy! As a female, buying a car can be painful, but not at Airport Honda. The dealership is inviting and friendly from the second you pull up to the dealership, which made the experience fun, fast, and easy! My salesperson Kevin (who is beyond awesome) asked me all the right questions and listened to what I said to figure out exactly what my needs were and then put me in the perfect vehicle for ME! I couldn't ask for a better customer experience, 5 stars isn't enough for this dealership! I will never buy a car anywhere else, EVER and neither should you! Thank you Airport Honda! More

My Son's First Car I recently purchased a used Accord for my son's first car. We took the car back to have it detailed and they did a full safety and maintenance inspection on it and corrected several items for us. The superior folks in their Service Department took care of every scheduled maintenance with a friendly professional attitude and an amazing attention to every detail. When the 2015's came out I decided it was time to upgrade and get a few new features, so I dropped in and spoke with James about the new models and the options available. He was patient throughout all of my questions as well as my request to test drive two different vehicles. His knowledge of the vehicles and the available options was exceptional. And his dedication to making sure I was getting into the right vehicle for my needs acted as an indispensable guide for my decision. Since I was after a particular set of options, the vehicle I wanted wasn't available on the lot. This was expected of course. They checked the inventory and had my new vehicle available within a week. Amazingly efficient service all the way around. I took ownership of my new 2015 and I've been absolutely overjoyed with it every mile since. It's awesome knowing I have the reliability and safety of a Honda and the exceptional support of of all the folks at Airport Honda in Alcoa. More

My experience with the Honda service department over the years has been excellent. I was very pleased with my recent experience in working with the Used car department to purchase the Toyota. The sales representative, Lin Orr was professional, friendly , and courteous ( and patient I might add) and went out of his way answering my questions and showing me all the vehicles I wanted to test drive, and I am very pleased with the car.
