Totally enjoyable experience because of Russ Wakeman I took my 17 year old son to Airport Honda to buy his first car. I went there because I had over the years purchased 3 Hondas, and had always been tr I took my 17 year old son to Airport Honda to buy his first car. I went there because I had over the years purchased 3 Hondas, and had always been treated with the utmost respect and level of professionalism I had not received at other dealerships, even Honda ones. A friend had recommended we work with Russ Wakeman, so we asked for him and he immediately met us and went over and above to try and find the best used Honda for my son. He walked from one end of that lot to the other trying to find the best car. He was not pushy nor trying to sell us a car that would not be in my son's best interest over the years. We finally asked him about a new car. He walked from one of that lot to the other end with my son looking for the right car. He allowed us to drive any car we were interested in. When my son described the kind of car he wanted Russ immediately went and found that car and then drove us to where the car was so we did not have to walk on an extremely hot day. We did purchase the new car and are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Russ and the other staff there at Airport Honda. I have to say that I was impressed with Russ's level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire experience. He not only made us feel confident that we made the right choice on the day of our purchase, but he has followed up with us on 3 occasions since that date.
