Horrible experience so far. Had a blowout 3 miles from dealership after purchasing my travel trailer. Took it right back for service due to tire ripped break lines out. Beware! Jessie the service writer is a piece of manure! I was three weeks from end of warranty when it was there an I think they report things that aren't malfunctioning just to file a claim. Most manurfactures allow mobile repairs to be done if you call them. Beware!!! More

Affinity RV Service in Prescott Valley AZ gave me a hard time, the run around, and flat out LIED regarding recall work that needed to be preformed on my Grand Design. When you make an appointment the date of your appointment is not the day they will work on it. That’s the date your RV is accepted onto the lot to await service. After six weeks I made numerous phone calls and was assured that it was being worked on. To make sure I went to the lot and it was still stored in the same spot. They lied to me it was not being worked on. After two months and numerous phone calls and talking to the service department in person they began working on it. Hey we’re only able to attend to one item that I wanted serviced out of four. It went back to the lot in storage and subsequently I picked it up took it home and am considering another dealership. More
