I was given a hard time to get a loaner vehicle for my car to be painted because it was peeling due to no fault of mine (under the Customer Support Program). Plus they made me drive many miles there after it was finally approved, telling me they don’t give out loaners for such jobs, turned me away, only to call me back after realizing their mistake, and I had to do the long drive from Manhattan all the way there again burning gas, paying tolls, running up the mileage on my vehicle, and got me into trouble for having to leave work, after arriving late from them. On May 5, I got an appointment for a regular service and I explained to them that every time I started the car I get the following message: A MALFUNCTION IN THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM HAS BEEN DETECTE I explained to them that every time I started the car I get the following message: A MALFUNCTION IN THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM HAS BEEN DETECTED. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SYSTEM. CONTACT YOUR TOYOTA…… They saw the message and they told me that changing the tire that had a nail or crew will fix the problem. I paid for the tire 351,50 plus labor, the total invoice including other labors is 497,88 Now when I star my car I get the same message Regards Carlos Crocco More

Received an email stating to come in for my last free warranty service and fix a recall. Was told by the service advisor that the last free warranty service had expired already. I asked him why I wou warranty service and fix a recall. Was told by the service advisor that the last free warranty service had expired already. I asked him why I would receive an email then and his reply is I should know when it expired and it was probably an automated email. Had an open recall which I wanted to get resolved but didn’t want to lose my truck if it has to be fixed. Was advised that this recall is usually MBRP an issue just an inspection of the welds, Waiting two hours to be told that the truck needed to be taken out of service. Asked about a loaner vehicle and was y ok f there were none available. At this point I got the service manager involved who instructed the service advisor to get the truck to the repair shop immediately and arrange for a rental car. Since Toyota l my covers a $60 dollar a day natal and the rental vehicle cost more which meant more out of my pocket at my expense. So needless to say, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. On the positive side, I was able to get my truck back after 3 days minimizing my out of pocket costs. Ralph Reinhardt More

I told him I needed to change oil and battery he offered to change Trans oil which comes up to over $700 w/ engines oil. He forgot to changed battery. on my way home car shuts off at the light.
