I had an unfortunate experience at the dealership when my loaner vehicle wasn’t ready, leading to a 2-hour wait causing me to miss my son’s appointment. The service advisor was unhelpful, lacked compassion, loaner vehicle wasn’t ready, leading to a 2-hour wait causing me to miss my son’s appointment. The service advisor was unhelpful, lacked compassion, and failed to provide timely updates—I had to call for information myself. This was disappointing, especially since I’ve previously received great service from the same dealership. While I believe this was an isolated incident, it certainly fell short of the high standard I had come to expect. I hope they address these issues to prevent similar frustrations for future customers. More
