Total incompetence! Do not use them! They were supposed to do an oil change and inspection. After spending 5 hours at the dealership , my car was finally ready. The car Do not use them! The car kept stopping on the way home and was having trouble accelerating after a stop. I brought it to my local mechanic, and he found that they had added 4 quarts of oil too much (or possibly never drained the oil before adding more)! The extra oil is damaging to the engine. He needed to redo the oil change and put in fuel injection cleaner, so I had to pay for a new oil change and extra to clean it out. I tried calling the dealership twice on two separate days to tell them what happened and request reimbursement. Both times they told me a manager would call me back which never happened. More

I made the mistake of coming to the dealership on the last day of the month. It was extremely busy and the lack of communication from the salesman was extremely disappointing. In the end Edward Flores, t last day of the month. It was extremely busy and the lack of communication from the salesman was extremely disappointing. In the end Edward Flores, the sales manager, stepped in and completed the deal. Mr. Flores was extremely professional and helpful. I now have my car and am extremely happy with it. I can honestly recommend this dealership but I do think the salespeople can work on their communication skills. More
