Felipe the Service Manager went above and beyond to diagnose an annoying steering wheel shake and vibration at higher highway speeds. It turns out the tires may be defective or have flat spots in them diagnose an annoying steering wheel shake and vibration at higher highway speeds. It turns out the tires may be defective or have flat spots in them from new. I purchased the truck as a demo with 3000 miles on it and it had the shake and vibration from new. We can only think the truck must have sat on the lot for an extended period of time. Thanks again to Felipe for actually finding the problem, he spent several hours diagnosing the issue and I really appreciate it More

Patryk Wyrazik was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive to the customer's needs. Since I brought my car for service, he was the first to greet me and made the service experience very pleasant. Ho attentive to the customer's needs. Since I brought my car for service, he was the first to greet me and made the service experience very pleasant. However, when I came to pick up my car, and as I drove home, I realized that my key fob was punched through. It was so damaged that I could not even lock my car. I then called Patryk, and he stated that he will discuss with the manager about this issue. I received an update call back stating that the manager said I had to pay for a replacement key fob because it was my fault the key fob had some years on it. However, the key fob, although older, did not show signs of being weak or worn to the point of breaking. When I went in-person to discuss this issue further with the manager, he stated that it was again my fault for the key fob being punched through. I explained that it was perfectly fine before I dropped off the car and key, and then after the appointment, I received it broken. The manager Felipe also said that it could be from all the lotion that women put on that weakened the fob. I told Felipe that that's a ridiculous accusation and that I do not put on lotion and touch my keys, nor do I have long nails that could possible puncture the buttons. In addition, the puncture on the key fob spanned all the buttons, as if a burly finger pressed hard on the fob, or, from someone pressing hard with gloves on. The manager Felipe kept defending that it was not the dealer's fault for the broken fob, and while I was trying to explain, he kept raising his voice and trying to talk over me. When I had a moment to talk, I told the manager that instead of trying to appease the customer and resolve the issue in a manner as expected in a professional position, he was making this a larger issue than it had to be and also making an unpleasant environment. I have been bringing my 2 cars for many years for all their service needs, spending thousands of dollars, and he's making a big deal out of replacing my key fob that I did not break. I told the manager that my Cruze has to return for service soon and probably for a turbo issue, which will run hundreds to thousands of dollars. After checking my account, he then agreed to issue a new key fob, waiving the fees, because of the thousands of dollars we spend at this dealership and our many years of loyalty. I was shocked from this whole situation because I expected the manager to carry a professional and calm disposition when interacting with customers and making customer satisfaction a core value as a representative of Advantage Chevrolet. When I sat in the reception area, waiting for my replacement key fob, Patryk continually checked in with me to update me of the status. I waited over 1 hour for the fob to be paired with my vehicle, and Patryk made sure to give me updates throughout. Not once has Patryk showed impatience nor unprofessionalism toward me or the situation. Patryk even stayed after-hours until the end of my visit. Upon showing me to my car with my replacement fob, he even kindly insisted on removing the service plastic/barriers and dispose of them for me. Although this traumatic experience dealing with the manager would have deterred me from returning to this dealership for future service, because of the respectfulness and care I received from Patryk Wyrazik this visit, and from my previous service advisor Carolina Wetzel, I look forward to returning and working with my service advisors in the future.
