She is very thorough in explaining the service that my vehicle needs, and never tries to push service that is unnecessary. I work in fleet management for a very large vehicle rental company, so I interact with contracted dealership service departments on a daily basis professionally. 3 times I came in, saying every time I apply the brakes, the steering while shakes, so instead of checking out the brakes, you decided to replace parts that had nothing to do with the brakes. When I mentioned the problem, the manager said, ok, since you mentioned brakes, let's check them out! Well, guess what, the problem was with the brakes, they repaired at a decent price. Vehicle all fixed on first visit. I want a refund of my$1300 dollars for unnecessary repairs and unnecessary replacement of good parts. Who do I see about my refund.
