We drove all the way down to Chicago from Appleton Wisconsin to purchase a Honda pilot. Steve Grenfell was phenomenal putting everything together over the phone. After installing an axle seal on the right side, they failed to reconnect properly and adjoining hose. This leaked fluid all over the garage floor, and I had to bring it back a second time.
