While the staff was helpful overall and friendly to deal with, I did have a couple of things bother me. First, I was there for around 3 hours from when I showed up to when I was able to leave. Almost an hour and a half of that was just sitting and waiting after paying for the car, for someone to call me to complete the paperwork to finish the deal. In that time, I was not offered any explanation as to what was taking so long, and not offered any water or refreshment. Great deal on the car though. More
