I called in to Acura of Westchester, and Liam Tully took my phone call. I explained to him during our brief conversation, that the lease on my 2008 Acura TL was soon expiring. But, that there was an issues my phone call. I explained to him during our brief conversation, that the lease on my 2008 Acura TL was soon expiring. But, that there was an issues that concerned me in regards to some credit troubles I had experienced a few months earlier. From the very beginning Liam did not make false promises and just told me to stay positive and that he would his best to set me up with an optimum deal. Well, I'll be honest I did reach out to two other dealers that did make promises they ended up not keeping. When I told Liam about it he said, just to be patient and to give him a chance to work everything out. On the day after I have to admit, there were some doubts about what could be done being that my credit was not in the condition that it was 3 years ago. At about 1:30 pm Friday afternoon Liam called and told me he had good news for me, I would turn in my 2008 Acura TL and get to drive away with a 2011 Acura TL, which is a gorgeous car by the way and still keep the same payment I had before which for me was and still is manageable. To say the least happiness set in, and taking in consideration my credit issue, Liam bent over backwards to get a great deal done for me. Liam is for sure a true sales professional, courteous and never made false promises he knew could not be kept, and that more than anything goes a long way for me as a consumer. Would I recommend friends and family to Liam Tully of Acura of Westchester? Unequivocally, positively, without a doubt YES!!! After my HORRIBLE experience with Paragon Acura (worst place of all time... DO NOT GO THERE!!! Brianna did EXACTLY what she said she would do. This is the 3rd Acura RL I've leased and by FAR this has been place of all time... DO NOT GO THERE!!! Brianna did EXACTLY what she said she would do. This is the 3rd Acura RL I've leased and by FAR this has been the best experience I ever had with a dealership. They quoted me a price over the phone and delivered exactly what they quoted!!! They didn't have the car in stock that I wanted (and unlike Paragon) they said they would make a few phone calls to find that exact car. They didn't push the one they had in stock and found "my car" within 10 minutes!!!! I gave Brianna all the information she required and within 4 days of my initial call I picked up my new RL. Brianna took care of having my insurance transferred to my new car; took care of registration and plates. She helped set up the bluetooth system so my cell phone would work and described all the features of the car in detail. I have bought from this dealership for the 3rd time, each visit is great. I saw her pull out her screw driver and couldn't believe she was taking my plates off, she went the extra mile and before I knew it she came back to my new car with washed off plates, she said you can't have a new car with dirty plates. I went to Acura of Westchester today for an alignment as I hit the curb a while back and the car was pulling towards left with some loud tire noise. I have only one car so I had to wait there. My service manager Peter was very friendly and professional, he was able to help me fix the problem within 2 hrs. Now my ride drives perfectly. This place is not a fency decorated place, but they get the job done with great quality. I definitely will go back again. If you live in Westchester NY area, I highly recommend their service. More
