I worked with Frankie to purchase a new 2011 TL SH-AWD tech. Frankie and Ken Hicks(GM) were absolutely great in helping find the car i wanted at the price i wanted. Frankie is a friendly, savvy salesman who did not make me feel pressured in any way and was willing and able to work with me to get the exact car and options i wanted. I would reccommend Acura of Westchester to anyone, and dealing with Frankie and Ken were a pleasure. Tom is the best!!! He is always extremely helpful, professional, courteous and nice. Always takes the time to explain all the details and follows up with a phone call if any issues are found before an professional, courteous and nice. I always feel like my car is well cared for when in servicing. This is my second Acura and I have received great service since my first (1991 Integra GS). I have recommended this dealer to other friends and family members because of their excellent service. In 2002, I decided to buy another car and did my research and ended up back at Acura of Westchester. Recieved a great deal (through Kenny Hicks) and I would go back to buy another Acura in the future. More

I've leased 2 cars from Acura of Westchester and must say I am extremely satisfied customer. I've dealt with Brianna Tozzo on both occassions and have no complaints. Brianna is on top of her game. If your looking for efficiency, patience, and professionalism, she's your girl. After leasing my first car i was still able to contact her with any questions or concerns I had with no problem. From start to finish she lets you know what to expect. She also give a great rundown on the car's features before you get the car and just before you drive off. OH and not many people clean off your old plates, she the best! I was more than satisfed with my experiences and hope to have future dealings with such a great dealership and Brianna. More

This was the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership by far! The staff helped me get a car even when I had a difficult time in the past with other dealerships, the service provided was fast, dealership by far! I visited Acura of Westchester in 2005 with a neighbor who had recently leased a TL. As a Honda fan, I was eager to see the new Acuras. I did not expect to find a cozy, non imposing dealership. The salesperson, Larry (no longer there unfortunately) was extremely nice and helpfu. He gave me a great deal on a new TSX for my wife's birthday. Larry delivered the car complete with big red bow on it. My wife shed a tear. We have received great service since then on the TSX which helped me stay committed to Acura of Westchester. In 2010, I decided to buy a 2011 MDX loaded through Frank Ferraro at Acura of Westchester. He felt like one of the boys and worked hard to get me a great deal. Peter Falvey of the service department has become our dedicated service professional. Thank goodness. I just got the MDX back from service and Peter was his usual professional, courteous and kind self. I always feel like my car is well cared for when in servicing. My referring neighbor wasn't crazy about the service at Acura of Westchester so he went to Curry Acura for his next Acura. Peter Falvey takes care of his clients so if there is something wrong, he will make sure that it gets remedied. My overall experience at Acura of Westchester is extremely good and reinforces my good decisions to go Acura twice. More
