My overall experience at Acura of Westchester was outstanding. I worked with two sales consultants John Castillo who was new and very helpful. Rich Link was the other sales consultant. I was not sure if the RDX was the right SUV for me. I have always owned a full size SUV. I could not make up my mine and both sales consultants did not pressure me. At one point they did bring me into the managers office and I thought ok here come the pressure. I was wrong he was just as professional and courteous as John and Rich. After about 2 hours I bought a 2012 RDX. I could not pick it up until Saturday which was fine. On Saturday everything was ready. While I was signing papers and hand over my downpayment Rich started the car put the heat on (it was raining and cold), and he explained how everything worked, including transfering my address book form my cell phone and the car was warm. John made sure he everything was ok. What great guys. At my age I have bought and leased many cars,and SUV's this was my best experience. Theresa More

I brought in my 2007 RDX (purchased here in 2009) for service last week, and figured I would inquire about the possiblity of getting a new 2012 MDX my wife wanted. I have purchased/acquired two cars from Acura of Westchester. I previously worked with Robert and Liam and seperate occasions (Robert on my 07 RDX, and Liam on an 10 TL), and both are class acts, making me feel right at home as they always do. This was also the first time I met and dealt with Frankie Ferraro. Frankie was poised and professional, easy to talk to and get along with. He had a very positive can do attitude, like the rest of the dealership's employees do. I can't say enough about this dealership and how great it is to work with them. When I had some questions about the original numbers Frankie quoted me on the 2012 MDX lease, GM Ken Hicks took the time to personally go through the numbers with me. Ken really came through with a solid deal, and I was really happy with the numbers and also the personal attention he provided. All in all, this sale was a team effort by Acura of Westchester, and everyone did a great job at this dealership, from initial inquiry to delivery. This is the third acura I have purchased from acura of Westchester and it's been my greatest experience.. I was sent in to Frankie and Liam as a referral and they were even better than my friend told me t Westchester and it's been my greatest experience.. I was sent in to Frankie and Liam as a referral and they were even better than my friend told me they were. I sat with Frankie and he was very attentive and very knowledgable of his product. I felt very comfortable with him and purchased my new MDX with a great feeling. Alex in finance was also great and easy to work with and he helped me get approved when no one else would even try. I went to pick up the car the next day and Liam had it parked in front clean and ready to go with all of my accessories on it as promised. Frank brought me in to do paperwork while Liam took care of my old truck. It was a great experience!! I give frank Liam and Alex an A+++ and will be sending all my friends and family to them!! I made the mistake of going to Honda of New Rochelle in 2010 for an Accord and I am so happy that I came back to Acura of Westchester for my 20 2007. I walked into the dealership with 2 months left on my Accord and I did not expect to get a car so quickly. Brianna Tozzo met me at the door and upon explaining my situation she made me feel so comfortable and confident that I could get the car I wanted. Brianna radiates with passion and excitement for Acura; She takes pride in her work and she truly strides to make people happy. Chris Graven remembered me from 2007 and he said he did not want to lose me again as a customer. So Chris and Brianna listen to what I wanted to pay each month and the amount I was comfortable putting down and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Four days later I was driving off the lot with my graphite Acura TSX. Thank you Acura of Westchester! I hope to continue to do business with you. More

Every one in Acura of Westchester was wonderful. They were great with finding the perfect car for me. The most amazing part of the staff is that they had go deal with my mother. This is my fourth Acura TL. We actually arranged this lease over the phone, Dealing with Rich was very easy. When we picked up the car, all was ready. Very satisfied.
