Always a pleasent experiance when I take my Acura to this dealership. Able Talbo is one of the best Service Advisors I have delt with in a long time. We would recommened the dealership because of our service consultant, Dana! She was friendly, thorough, and made every effort to make sure we understood what was going on with our vehicle, and that we had ev consultant, Dana! We have had many service consultants over the years with Acura, and Dana was just simply by far and away the best. We anticipate that we might be moving in the coming months, but will bring our car back to Tempe because of our experiences with her. Also, given her great explanation of the features of the loaner vehicle we had, we will return to Tempe to purchase a new vehicle in the coming months as well so we can get her input. Abel is always quick and attentive when I bring my car in and knows what I need done. There was an unexpected issue with my battery this time that he went ahead and took care of for me. We didn't have to go back and forth on anything, he just saw that it wasn't right and did what he needed to do to make it right. He's also been very accomdating when my wife brings in my car. Lesser dealerships will try and take advantage of women and try to pressure them into agreein to unneccesary repairs. Abel, nor anyone at Tempe Acura, has ever done that. She's always felt very comfortable there and knows that she's not going to get hassled. That's huge for me. It's just a great service team to work with. Common sense and hospitality take precedence over trying to drive an extra buck. I may pay a little more for an oil change there, but I don't care. Not only will my car be taken care of right, I know that I and my family will be too. More

It was a pleasure working with Lisa and Kim at Acura of Tempe on a new 2011 MDX. They were very friendly, enthusiastic, sincere and QUICK. It was the first time in my life that I financed a vehicle in 30 y Tempe on a new 2011 MDX. They were very friendly, enthusiastic, sincere and QUICK. It was the first time in my life that I financed a vehicle in 30 years. I had always buying our automobiles cash from various dealers in Arizona, New Mexico and California and we didn’t have a single good experience. Other dealerships always lied to us from not having the requested vehicle in their inventory to trying to sell us additional products or stupid accessories added to a car to bump the price up or even sell to us something that we didn’t want. The bad part was that they wouldn’t take “NO” for an answer prolonging this way the sales process by going back and forth to the manager to “negotiate the deal”. At Acura of Tempe they presented us their available inventory of MDX and offered us their additional services and products but with “zero” pressure and allow us to make a choice and delivered the vehicle timely. It was the best car purchasing experience we had in 30 years. The level of professional, honest and courteous service exceeded our expectation. They delivered to my wife her MDX the way she wanted it and in a very competitive price. Thank you all for making this such a great experience. More
Extremely positive experience. I parked my car under a pine tree that was recently cut, and as a result there were hundreds of drops of sap on it. We brought it in and worked with Dana, she assured us it could be cleaned and it came out beautiful. Also we had the oil changed and all is fine. More
Dana is absolutely customer oriented, goes out of her way to fulfill requests, and is great at what she does. The mechanic and auto detailer also do fine work, behind the scenes. She called me with a status of the technician's evaluation and followed up pr and professional and I appreciated her commitment to customer service. She explained the repairs that were recommended and the price for them, plus the cost of the fob and programming I requested. I've been coming to this Acura dealer for service since I bought my car there in 2006 and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, and I always know that I can go to Bob Santa Maria if I have any service issues, although I haven't yet. Bob is the service manager and I always see him out of his office making sure things are running smoothly with customers. He is very friendly and I enjoy speaking with him. Abel is great to work with as my service advisor and has offered me extraordinary customer service each time I come in. He always lets me know about pricing upfront and works with me on any discounts that are being offered at the time. I really appreciate that. Also, I love that I can always pick up a drink or snack there! More
