I made the service appointment on-line. I received a reminder email. When I pulled up to the service area, Teri Griffin was there to meet me , invited me inside to the waiting area and came back shortly reminder email. When I pulled up to the service area, Teri Griffin was there to meet me , invited me inside to the waiting area and came back shortly with the electronic paper work to sign. There was coffee, water chips, cookies, juice all for the taking.. I began to watch a movie on my ipad as an Accura guest for access. I was there for the 15000 mile service. Before the movie was over , my car was wash and ready to go. Teri had my bill ready and I was on my way. What could be better? More

I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura of Tempe I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura of Tempe for about 6 years & the reason I do is because of the consistant high level of profession I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura of Tempe for about 6 years & the reason I do is because of the consistant high level of professionalism, striaght forward advice as well as high quality of work performed on my car. Abel (and certainly the rest of the folks at Acura Tempe) are always very pleasant and easy to deal with. Even though my car is still under warranty I find that things like oil changes and misc. maintenance are always very pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Acura of Tempe for both sales (having bought my car there) and service. I also recommend signing up to receive coupons or email updates (as oftentimes you'll get invited to special events or receive special discounts). More
I went into have the gas door fixed on my 2009 TSX and it was taken care of promptly and very good customer service. I would recommend the dealership and will certainly be back. Tina went out of her way to offer the best value for my money spent on vehicle repairs. She asked the tech, gave me options and was never pushy or aggressive in the slightest manner. Tina made servicing my vehicle a pleasurable experience and delivered on her word. Jeremy the service tech assigned to my vehicle was also very helpful as he provided useful information as far as what parts to buy for long-term operation satisfaction. He also went out of his way and cleaned my air filter which is difficult to get to. Tina's excellent customer service and Jeremy going out of his way to provide superior customer service made me a satisfied customer far surpassing any other dealer or shop I have visited in years. I have had a great experience every time I have come to this dealership and worked with Dana. I had a large scuff on my car from when someone had backed into me and your staff buffed it out without any pr this dealership and worked with Dana. Todd reviewed all aspects of the service that was to be performed with a very accurate price estimate. He went over the reasons for the service/maintenance that was to be performed in a very detailed manne performed with a very accurate price estimate. He went over the reasons for the service/maintenance that was to be performed in a very detailed manner that we easy to understand. The work was done per the estimated time and I was given regular updates. A loaner car was made available if I needed it. Great Service, will continue to use Acura of Tempe as my one and only service center for my 2007 MDX. More
Even though my MDX is getting up there in age and mileage, Todd Goldhammer and Acura Tempe continue to provide outstanding customer service and care as if I was a new customer with a new vehicle!!
