By miles the people at Acura of Tempe wee not only the most pleasant to work with on the car I wanted on price but were low pressure letting me chose what and when to buy. I've bought many new cars in my lifetime and this was the easiest, most honest experience I've had. Post purchase I've discovered you cannot find a better service department to take care of your new car or SUV - Platinum class people and service. There are many plces I can take my TL for service or repair but I choose to drive 50 miles round trip to Acura of Tempe. More

Oakey Okuma, Product Specialist, and Steve Rotonda, General Sales Manager, made my experience at your dealership extremely comfortable. Oakey, provided Indepth information on each car I was interested in. Oakey and Steve presented me with dealer and manufacturer incentives, making the terms for the lease very satisfactory. Bob Banes in finance, also made for a stress-free transaction. The next day, I return to bring the Title to my trade in and made minor change on my contract, in which Virginia Trumbull cheerfully handled my request I am a very satisfied customer and very happy with my new car. No back and forth here the sales persons gets approval for Gregg Meisenzaht and you sign the paperwork with Bob. After buying cars since 1967 this was enjoyable. They are very sincere in thanking you many times. Feels good to know that they know who is paying their salary and you have a choice as to where you spent your money. There service dept. is also outstanding to deal with over the past 10 years. More

An Amazing Service Experience To say that this dealership goes out its way is an understatement. I’m from out of state in the Phoenix area on business. I’m driving down the fre To say that this dealership goes out its way is an understatement. I’m from out of state in the Phoenix area on business. I’m driving down the freeway on a Sunday afternoon and all of a sudden my 2002 Acura starts making a very unusual noise. I happen to see the Acura of Tempe sign and pull my car into the dealership. I know that the service department will be closed, but at least I can leave my car there for Monday. The receptionist is super helpful in showing me how to fill out the paperwork for service and is in the process of helping me get a cab/rental car. The Sales Manager, Steve Rotonda comes over and asks what is happening. I tell him the issue and he says he used to be a technician and thinks he knows what the problem is. He crawls under the car, says all he needs is a screwdriver and he corrects the issue on the spot. No charge! For the Sales Manager to go out of his way to help me out like this is amazing. More
