Awesome I purchased my first Acura ILX on a Saturday, August 4, 2012. Patrick Aigner was my sales representative. I did not feel rushed and/or pressured abo I purchased my first Acura ILX on a Saturday, August 4, 2012. Patrick Aigner was my sales representative. I did not feel rushed and/or pressured about trading in my Mazda 626. He answered all my questions and concerns, and that day, I bought my Acura ILX 2013 which I named BellaNova. BellaNova and I were not forgotten by Acura of Tempe. They called to check to see how I was enjoying my new car, and they provided information about getting in contact with Abel Talbo for any vehicle issues and/or maintenance service. Abel ROCKS! He is such a friendly and understanding person. He keeps me in check when it comes to maintenance service for BellaNova. So, on Saturday, April 18th, I brought BellaNova into the service department for her oil change. I started looking at the Acura cars in the showroom, and I chatted with Patrick. Needless to say, I drove home with a new Acura ILX 2016, and I named the car BellaNova2. Patrick, Steve Rotonda and Bob Banes offered a GREAT deal which I could not turn down. Again, all the people at Acura of Tempe have the BEST customer service skills. Abel will now keep me in check with BellaNova2, and I probably will be working with the Parts department to add a few features to BellaNova2. I enjoy seeing and chatting with the team at Acura of Tempe. THANK YOU for being ROCK STARS. More

The sales staff went out of there way to locate the car I wanted in another city and have it shipped here to the valley. Than the staff went above and beyond again to have my dealer add on parts installed almost immediately. I love my new TLX and the people at Acura of Tempe are awesome. Down to earth and they treat everyone the way you want to be treated... nothing snooty, just good old fashioned service with a smile. My sales associate, the sales manager, the finance people, all make you feel like you should, a very important customer! Way to go Acura of Tempe! More

Every time it has been a fantastic experience Every time I have serviced my Acura MDX at this dealership, it has been a great experience. My advisor Todd is a first rate guy, extremely honest and Every time I have serviced my Acura MDX at this dealership, it has been a great experience. My advisor Todd is a first rate guy, extremely honest and upfront. He always tells me what needs service and then allows me to decide how I want to go. The technicians are very good and I never had any problems after service. The service department in general follows through and makes sure I was taken good care of. One of the special things I like about this Acura dealership is my ability to work from their guest lounge. Once I give my car for servicing, they have cubicles set up and wireless network available. I can get my laptop connected and working in minutes. They have coffee and goodies available, what more can you want? It has been a blessing to have this dealership near my home. So far, not a single complain about them from me. Very good in all respects, extremely pleased with everything and the car itself. More
The Car buying experiance in my life On Jan 11th I just walked in to the Acura of Tempe after receiving a mail from Steve R the manager, to buy a TLX 2015 with my trade in LINCON MKZ , as On Jan 11th I just walked in to the Acura of Tempe after receiving a mail from Steve R the manager, to buy a TLX 2015 with my trade in LINCON MKZ , as soon as i entered the the front desk she ask me how can I help you ?I said i want to meet Mr Steve Rotonda, she said ok he is not in office just wait, by the time a sales person came to me his name Mr Luis, I told him i want to talk to steve. few minitues later Steve entered like a very busy man. run to his chair, the poor sale guy went inside and stood beside him like a mouse in front of a cat and told him somebody came to meet you, He said busy have no time ,you ask him what you want. he came out and ask what you want i said i want to buy 2015 TLX an d have a trade in , ok where is your trade, he went and looked , he collected the information and went back to Steve with details, and bac k to me in a minitues with two paper in his hand and said we will give you 25000 for your trade , our TLX car will cost 39000. I ask him will you able to do more for my trade , he said no canot go above this, this is the price only we can offer. i said ok, thank you, I just left the store. ( THEY NOT EVEN OFFER ME TO SIT , NOT POLITE AT ALL .THE MANAGER STEVE FROM HIS FACE LOOKS RUDE AND ROUGH) an hour after i got a call from the same sale guy , he said hai we will increase your trade 1000 more. by the time I have already made a deal with supersstions spring lexus for a2015 LEXUS IS 250 with much more respect and dignity according to my experiance people like above is not suitable for the dealership.. Upstanding Service and Follow Through When I bought a Volkswagen from Acura of Tempe, it was a better experience than I could begin to imagine. I had found the perfect car through a pr When I bought a Volkswagen from Acura of Tempe, it was a better experience than I could begin to imagine. I had found the perfect car through a private party sale but before we could finalize the deal, the sale fell through. Alas, I was 100% opposed to the idea of going to a dealer - I did not want to be hard sold by someone that I did not trust or settle for a car that I did not absolutely want. I had all of the preconceived notions of what stepping through the doors of a dealership meant ...luckily for me, those notions were quickly proved incorrect by the Acura of Tempe team. They had the car that I wanted, a used VW Tiguan with a turbo-charged engine and the dreamy VW panoramic sunroof. Keith, the salesman that I was given was calm, straightforward, accommodating and I felt no pressure from him. I was actually quite shocked by how completely normal our interaction was and it was a mere matter of hours until I was driving off of their lot with the perfect car, happy as could be. The issue for me came about a week later when that selling point of a sunroof began acting up. I assumed that it just needed a simple grease job so I took it to the local VW dealership for them to take care of it (I would not dream of subjecting an Acura dealership to working on a VW :) ). That simple grease job turned out to be a quote on a whole new sunroof track (not even remotely cheap) and my new car balloon being immediately burst. Against my better judgement, I decided to go back to the Acura dealership and lay out the scenario for them (I hate situations like this). I wasn't at all upset, just distraught really. Here was this perfect car that I had bought as a means to save money and it was potentially going to cost me an unforeseen $2,500 almost immediately. Keith was very professional about the whole situation and spoke to his sales manager who then referred me to one of their tremendous service professionals Barb. She took the car and offered a loaner car or a ride home, both of which I did not need. I can remember her saying to me as I was leaving, "we will make this right". And that they did. Barb was adamant about keeping me in the loop about what was happening with the car because it ended up being quite a bit of time to get the issue resolved. She called consistently to give me updates and would end up chatting for several minutes, mostly because she is a supremely nice person. And this whole time, I kept thinking about the dread and fear that I had about buying from a dealer. I was finally connecting the dots that this is what real customer service is and it is obviously something that Acura of Tempe takes seriously and puts tangible value in. I feel like in actuality that this a rather lame review - it doesn't really even begin to touch the surface of my satisfaction with the level of service that I received from them and certainly does no justice to the quality of their personnel. BUT I can say that this is the first time that I did not immediately remove the license plate frame advertising the dealer - those xxxx things that no one wants on their car but somehow magically appear each time for any reason the car is at a dealership for even 5 minutes. I will keep my Acura of Tempe license plate frame and drive with it and take pride in the tiny bit of advertisement that they may get from it. They deserve any and all positive business that my story can send their way - they are truly the good guys (and gals). More

Leased the new TLX tech The car fits you like a glove. Adam was very patient with our indecisiveness as well as working with us regarding our trade in/ monthly lease amount.
