While sales people a good and attentive, everything else around the sale could be improved. After 2 weeks having a car, dealership still can’t get me my second key. Incorrect charger package has been orde around the sale could be improved. After 2 weeks having a car, dealership still can’t get me my second key. Incorrect charger package has been ordered. I still can’t get the info to monitor my incorrect charger delivery. I am asked to wait and I am waiting however, it seems that nothing comes from waiting. Not even a timeline when to expect my key or get my wrong charger delivery. I was offered to order me a correct charger, but the incorrect order still goes through the process and incorrect charger is being shipped. Why is that so difficult and why I am, as a customer for many years from that particular dealership ( I took 4 cars from it) should wait so long for things to be corrected/ set right? More
