Rome is always professional, courteous, funny and all around terrific guy; his calm demeanor is infectious and he makes you feel at ease because we all know that when you are in the service dept, ut oh, lol. Anyway, I have nothing but great things to say about Tischer's entire team including Brandon who shuttled me to and from the Amish market. This is my third Maxima from Tischer and if anyone is thinking of purchasing one, contact Tony Saadipour, he is amazing as well! My appointment was at 11 and even tho i was a few minutes late, Taylor my service advisor checked me in, was very friendly had my service lights reset, had the car was and vacuumed and got me out of there in less than an hour. Everyone from Tayper to the porter where very helpful and made me feel at home. Thank you all so much More

From the get-go, we found Marlon's responses to be the most up-front and aiming to please - no tricks in trying to pull us in to sell what Tischer had in stock. Marlon and his manager were able to get exactly the Rogue we wanted from another dealer - next day delivery. Marlon, his manager and the person handling the final purchase were all a great team in getting us processed quickly, friendly and no pressure - by far the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Great experience, felt like a member of the Tischer Family I showed up at Tischer Acura at the urging of my father who knew I was in the market for a new vehicle. I had all the pre-conceived notions about a single female being taken for a ride (and not just the test-drive) on the price of a new vehicle so tried to play it cool. After leaving work early, not planning to buy a new car and two test drives later, I ended up with a new 2015 Acura RDX for a great price and without all the hassle from a dealer you'd expect. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable and felt as though my asks in a new vehicle were being addressed. My senior sales consultant Mfon took the time to walk me through the features on my new vehicle, my financing options and was patient as my father and I tried to secure a deal within my price range. I ended up getting everything I wanted and more. I also appreciated the finance consultant Robert also taking the time to walk me through all the paperwork -- I signed a lot of paperwork.
