Hello, my husband and I have bought my Acura TL a couple of years ago at Tischer Acura and It was the best decision that we made. My car was used and I've done all my service with Acura. I have been treated of years ago at Tischer Acura and It was the best decision that we made. My car was used and I've done all my service with Acura. I have been treated with the best customer care possible for 2 years. No matter what issue I had with my Acura it was always done in a timely manner and with the best costumer service I've ever experienced. I mainly worked with Danny and Rob. These two Service Advisor know how the job gets done and how to treat customers. It was just a couple of days ago when I came back from service again where Rob took care of my car. I am thankful for Rob and his service and want to leave him 5 stars and if there were more I would leave him more. I can only recommend buying and using the service at Tischer Acura! Thank you for your business I know where I am going buy my next car. More
I recommend this dealership without reservation. Bought my first Acura MDX here in 2005. Great car - great service. Tischer has done all the work on it since new. Everyone is very courteous and accommod my first Acura MDX here in 2005. Great car - great service. Tischer has done all the work on it since new. Everyone is very courteous and accommodating. The prices are very fair and the service is first rate. After almost 200,000 miles, the 2005 MDX is still running strong. We also just purchased a new 2014 MDX from Tischer. Their price was the best and their service outstanding. They treated my wife and I with great respect and worked to get just the color combination and accessory package that I wanted. I will continue to patronize Tischer long into the future. A special thank you to Danny (and Jason) in service, Simeon and Drew in sales and Robert in the business office! More
We called all the Acura dealers among all of them at Tischer we got the best deal. We even went to Norris at Ellicott City and offered then still they didn't sell the vechicle for us. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle steer clear from this dealership. We purchased a 2012 pre-owned Mercedes from Tischer that they listed thru eBay Motors. After a pre-owned vehicle steer clear from this dealership. We purchased a 2012 pre-owned Mercedes from Tischer that they listed thru eBay Motors. After eBay sent us confirmation that we were the high bidders the next morning I reached out to the dealership to get confirmation on where funds needed to be sent. Shortly after this phone call we received an email from a sales rep by the name of Brittany Beatty. In her email she stated due to an internal error and mistake on the part of the employee responsible for listing vehicles on eBay that they would not be honoring the auction price. Not once did Brittany express remorse or cognicise that the error made was something that should not have happened from a reputable business. Take into consideration at this point we've already applied for our financing and our bank was in the process of sending them funds, I also incurred an expense from a third party transport company to ship the vehicle from Maryland to Orlando. Eventually after a couple hours of phone calls and getting tossed around from individual to the next I finally got in contact with someone who I was told was the owner, Danny Sauro. Mr. Sauro did nothing to accommodate me as the client and simply stated, "we're not selling you this vehicle to you for what your purchases it for on the eBay auction." Mr. Sorrow did explain that an employee did not property list the vehicle on eBay however as a consumer a mistake made by an employee of this dealer should not be my problem. Any reportable establishment understands the consumer comes first and that they should go above and beyond to accommodate them especially when the mistake is made at the hand of one of their employees. I own and run a business and if one of my employees made a mistake of this magnitude I would immediately reach out to the client personally to let them know that we would honor the price and apologize for the inconvenience. Tactics like this question a businesses overall integrity and character. The reviews of the new car sales department seem to reputable however if you looking at a pre-owned vehicle I highly suggest you think twice. More
My rating is based upon the dealership and is not a reflection on the sales person, Lloyd Warble. I would rate the sales experience with Mr. Warble as excellent. He worked with me every step of the w reflection on the sales person, Lloyd Warble. I would rate the sales experience with Mr. Warble as excellent. He worked with me every step of the way. Never tired of explaining options on the vehicle or finding answers to my questions. He spent quite a bit of time helping me to understand the functions of voice commands for the navigation system. Overall, a top notch sales person whom I will likely buy from again. I did not rate give the dealership a "Great" rating because the Sales Manager tried to pressure me into making a purchase when I was not yet ready to commit. Like most people these days, I do alot of research on the internet before making a purchase and the fact that I walked into the dealership as a single female should not make me an easy target for a high-pressure sale. Luckily, this is one female who will not be pressured. Bottom line.....ask for Lloyd Warble when your visit Tischer. Thanks and Kudos to Mr. Warble for a job well done. More
At first, I was having an okay experience. Tischer Acura was actually my second Acura dealership that I went to in order to purchase a new 2013 Rdx. I already test drove the car at another dealership and I was actually my second Acura dealership that I went to in order to purchase a new 2013 Rdx. I already test drove the car at another dealership and I knew EXACTLY what I wanted. From the trim, to the color exterior and interior. If the price was right, I would have bought the car that instant. He had me test drive the car even though I already test drove it and it really was just a waste of my time. He knew from the get go what I wanted and it was obvious that they didn't have it on their lot, so he tries to sell me a different color vehicle but I had my heart set on a particular color and I didn't appreciate that he was trying to convince me that the color doesn't really matter, and sure, maybe to some people it doesn't matter but it CLEARLY mattered to me. After about an hour and a half, we FINALLY got to start talking about pricing. There was the typical negotiation and they offered a lifetime tire package and tried to convince me to purchase the vehicle through them. Well as far as the tire package, I've heard that it's a rip off because you end up having to do everything THEIR way if you want to get the tires for free and in the end, you pay MORE than what you would have. We weren't even interested in the tire package. It wasn't a make or break kind of thing. Anyway, with different "deals" on the table, I decided that I needed a little time to make my decision. A $40,000 transaction is something that needs to be carefully thought about so my mom and I got up and said we would call them and let them know and she said to our sales rep to call her if he works something out. Immediately, this short old man (I wish I got his name. And I don't see his face under the list of employees) comes over and tries to convince us but because we said we wanted to think about it, he started to have a NASTY ATTITUDE and he was speaking to us and treating us very poorly and started to LITERALLY PUSH my mother out the door. Like, his hand was PHYSICALLY on my mother, PUSHING her out the door and yelling "You won't be getting a call from us. This is an awesome deal and you're not going to get it because it is a right now deal. You either take it or leave it." Then he throws his pen at the desk right next to us as we were walking out the door. We were disgusted and were humiliated to be treated that way. It was horrible. I ended up going directly to another dealership CRISWELL ACURA and they gave me the car I wanted, for the price we wanted, and it only took a total of 10 minutes, from the moment we walked through the door, to shake their hands and say thank you and move on over to paperwork. I advise you to go to CRISWELL and NOT TISCHER! More
