He listened to and addressed each of my concerns, and lead me through the entire process - twice, as a matter of fact, as an issue that I had requested be taken care of at another facility (under warranty elsewhere) was incompletely repaired & I had to return my vehicle to Tischer. Tischer also provides free, new loner cars during the repair process. The loner car and cashier staffers at Tischer are also friendly & kind. My experiences at Tischer will keep me coming back! More

Went in for a key. Drove out in a new car! Bought a used Rogue less than a month ago from Easterns and needed to go to Nissan for an extra key. I started to look around while I waited for my car to be ready. Marlon walked up to me and simply asked if I wanted to test drive the car. I ended up telling him about the Rogue I just purchased and he promised he could get me a better deal. Let me just tell you, this salesman really delivered!!! I quickly called my husband to let him know we were trading the car in for a much better deal. When everything was done my husband and I walked out with a 2014 Nissan Rogue with a re-designed body and amazing standard features like Bluetooth and a back up camera. Marlon made buying a new car worth it and we really appreciate his hard work. The management and financing team gave us a smooth transaction and looked out for our best interest. I hope to continue to do business with Tischer and Marlon once I am ready to trade or get myself another car. More

When my daughter, my grandson and I arrived at Tisher Nissan the staff at Tischer not only honored by TrueCar Estimate, but gave my daughter a great trade on her old car as well. Some dealerships advertise and talk alot about supporting our troops and their families but fall short when action is required. Not Tischer. Brian Rojas and the Sales Management Staff treated my family like family. They initially thanked me for my service to our country as a former Field Artillery Officer with the U.S Army. Then they continued to display their appreciation by offering an unbelievable deal to upgrade my daugther's car status from an old but well maintained 2003 Mazda Protege ES to a great looking a well appointed 2015 Nissan Altima S. The entire experience was a blessing to my family and we will never forget their efforts, kindness and professionalism. My daughter plans to get scheduled maintenance for her new car at Tischer as well and I anticipate her receiving the same outstanding customer service. This Dealership is the BEST!!! More

Rome is always professional, courteous, funny and all around terrific guy; his calm demeanor is infectious and he makes you feel at ease because we all know that when you are in the service dept, ut oh, lol. Anyway, I have nothing but great things to say about Tischer's entire team including Brandon who shuttled me to and from the Amish market. This is my third Maxima from Tischer and if anyone is thinking of purchasing one, contact Tony Saadipour, he is amazing as well! Thank you Tischer for arming your organization with some of the best people around! Thanks Rome, you are stupendous-;o) More
