My designated Tischer Nissan service adviser, George, did a great job with precisely documenting and assessing the damages, as well as having an overall great customer service to supplement the service. He was very prompt with contacting me with updates with to my vehicle as the day progressed, which included providing accurate detailed explanation for the estimated time arrival of the order the window control part. I went to the dealership on 02/19/2015 I was approach by Mr. Tedd and with a smile, as we sat down he had everything ready for me all I need to see were the numbers. If I wanted something else he said that he would make it work for me because he said he wanted me to be happy. Well I was happy with everything and I was treated with the up most respect. He did not try to make me get something I did not want like other dealer's will do. Finale I was finishing up with Mr Jim McKay and he was so wonderful and all ways had a smile.
