In the past, loaners were more readily accessible, but due to a significant increase in recall repairs, we have had to schedule service loaners to better accommodate all our customers. Regarding the scheduling of service appointments and loaner vehicles, we understand your frustration. The increased volume of recall repairs has impacted the availability of loaners, which is why we have had to pivot to a scheduled system.
