Brought my MDX in for an issue with collision avoidance system. Was assured it was fixed with a software update for which I was charged. Picked up car and warning lights were still on in dash. After calling back I was told that I could bring it back again and wait but because my car is older loaners are not available due to recalls on newer vehicles. Seems my time has no value to Acura. I purchase Acuras (4th Acura) and service at the dealership because I need a car when mine needs repairs. BMW while more expensive to maintain at least provided a higher level of service and pretended to care. My last Acura. More

I submit this review to convey my great satisfaction with the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. Service Specialist Keith Davis and Service Associate Matthew e the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. Service Specialist Keith Davis and Service Associate Matthew efficiently handled my service appointment despite difficult circumstances. They were very patient and informative to me despite several system challenges because my service was performed during the CDK hack event where they could not access their service data base. Keith explained the situation to me and was steadfast on focusing on processing my service using hand written service orders to work around the obstacles. He was very patient and focused and also took time to keep me informed on the process of my service as I had brought in my 2006 MDX to have several things done. Service Associate Matthew gave me a followup call to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. Keith Davis also contacted me to also check on my satisfaction and verified my service to properly update their records when access to their database was restored. I appreciated their professionalism throughout this period because they were calm in the face of all the obstacles presented by the CDK event. I appreciated their efforts to make my service as seamless as possible under difficult circumstances. Much respect to them both making the difficult appear easy! More

Keith is Great in the service department, He is always very helpful, friendly and when my daughter and I have him we have not issues. Frustrated with how you make an appointment online with a specific service man and then you just get who ever is available first. What is the point of choosing who you want. Made an appointment in August for a recall appointment was told they don't have loaners, but could possible give me one if they have my car after a week. Then someone I know was called to bring their car in the next day and was provided a loaner. I Go out of convenience otherwise I would choice another dealership. More
