Deplorable is the only way I can describe the Service Center in Acura Berlin. The biggest mistake I've ever made was bringing my car into this dealership and continuing to go back for some unknown reason Center in Acura Berlin. The biggest mistake I've ever made was bringing my car into this dealership and continuing to go back for some unknown reason. Matthew is very nice and polite which is the only positive thing I can say about the department. For the last 3 years I've been taking my brand new car in for service and problems (and there's been a lot) and other than a couple of times, there's been a problem every time. There's no sense of urgency to return phone calls for days, parts not being ordered which causes delays, problems not being fixed or even addressed, and just absolute disregard for customer needs. I have no clue why I am having such bad luck with the services when all other reviews are great. Truly disappointing. More

My only surprise was that the car hadn't been put through the car wash even though it was sitting there for 4 days, plus my battery that they had re My only surprise was that the car hadn't been put through the car wash even though it was sitting there for 4 days, plus my battery that they had replaced was sitting on the floor of my back seat with no explanation, though I got one later. Finally, it was expensive and I wasn't sure how well they inspected the brakes on the multipoint inspection, but I will bring it back if there's any problem. Car felt good driving home. Thanks! More
