Service Specialist Keith Davis and Service Associate Ellen efficiently handled the service appointment for my 2006 MDX that would eventually require the replacement of the catalytic converter. They were very patient and informative to me throughout the process which would also involve the provision of a loaner automobile for the install. Keith took time to explain the situation completely to me and was steadfast on keeping me updated during the replacement service. He also provided me, in the interim, with a detailed narrated video inspection of the overall condition of my car. I was impressed by this informative video and will keep it for future reference. I think this is video inspection is a great benefit offered by Acura of Berlin and their Service Department. I was impressed after completion of the service. I appreciated their efforts to make my service as seamless as possible!
