Best place to lease or purchase an Acura I have purchased Acuras from other dealers in the area, however, I always return to Acura of Bellevue before I make my final decision. An excellent experience I called with a couple of questions about a used vehicle early on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Jeremy Seager. He had to go down to service as the I called with a couple of questions about a used vehicle early on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Jeremy Seager. He had to go down to service as the car hadn't made it to the lot yet. He called back within a few minutes and was able to answer my questions. I made an appointment and was able to take the vehicle for a test drive. We then were able to agree on a price in a surprisingly short amount of time. In addition to being a low stress transaction, Jeremy went above and beyond and offered to help shuttle my other vehicle to West Seattle. My vehicle had mechanical issues on the trip to West Seattle and Jeremy ended up making two trips to West Seattle. This was also a weekend that had terrible traffic because of road construction on I-90. When we returned to Acura of Bellevue the finance department had all the paperwork in order. It was handled in an expeditious and professional manner. All in all this was an excellent experience with folks who know their business. I would highly recommend doing business at Acura of Bellevue. More

Horrible place, dishonest salesman. We got our new RDX in Acura of Lynnwood. They have the best service, price and they even let us exchanged our new car because we don‘t like the tech package. You also get free lifetime car wash in Lynnwood. More
I have owned three Acura's and have always taken my vehicle's to Acura of Bellevue for maintenance. I never had any significant issues with their customer service until yesterday. After the way that I was treated by the Service Advisor by the name of Danny, I have decided I will not be returning to Acura of Bellevue. I have a brand new Acura sedan that has been having mechanical issues (which should not be happening because its a new car) and when I explained the issues to the service advisor, he told me that he would keep the car overnight and have a technician test drive the vehicle in order to find the malfunction. Well, I received a phone call by Danny the next day, he informed me that four different technicians test drove my vehicle and none of them were able to duplicate the malfunction, therefore, they could not fix my vehicle. When I arrived at Acura of Bellevue to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that only 3 miles had been used on the odometer. It should be obvious that they would need to drive the vehicle for more than 3 miles to even notice any type of malfunction. But I suspect that they did not have any interest in finding out the problem with my vehicle because the car was not purchased from Acura of Bellevue and it is under warranty, which means the Service Advisor does not make commission off of my service. I would also like to say that Acura of Lynnwood has displayed exceptional customer service and when I explained to them the issues that I was having with my vehicle, they told me to "bring it in and they will not return the vehicle to me until the issue is fixed." Now thats how a customer should be treated! It's unfortunate that employee's at Acura of Bellevue only care about their commission rather than actually satisfying the customer. More
