Regardless of who we deal with (the same person that checks us in is not necessarily the one that checks us out) has always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Though it can be pricey at times, we love our cars. We still have the 2001 CL we bought new off the showroom floor and also our 2005 MDX. We are very prompt about performing the recommended service and our cars keep on trucking. As a side note, the Hispanic gentleman that shuttles me back and forth to work is awesome too... neat guy.
