Kudos to Service Center I am, shall we say, a "regular" at Acura of Bellevue Service Center which has been doing a superb job in servicing my two Acuras - a 1999 TL 3.2 and a I am, shall we say, a "regular" at Acura of Bellevue Service Center which has been doing a superb job in servicing my two Acuras - a 1999 TL 3.2 and a 2012 TL SH-AWD, both were bought new. Kudos to Kiet, Marc and Octavio, other team leaders for keeping them in fantastic shape. The wonderful folks at your service center put a big smile on my two Acuras after every visit :-) More

Excellent customer service I bought my 2012 Acura TL just 2 weeks ago and got a service light indicating I needed a new battery. Upon checking it, there was plenty of life left I bought my 2012 Acura TL just 2 weeks ago and got a service light indicating I needed a new battery. Upon checking it, there was plenty of life left in the battery. However, the service technician recommended that we just replace it anyway since it was still under warranty. I felt like that was above and beyond what I expected. In addition, they buffed out my front fender that had gotten some tire marks on it from a loose tire that bounced off the road and hit it. This was complimentary and I appreciated it so much! Lastly, I still had a lot of questions about the systems in the car. Mark patiently spent 15 minutes with me answering my questions and programming the car. I came away feeling like I had received world class service! Thank you to Mark at Acura of Bellevue! More

Timing Belt & Oil Change Service We bought this 1990 3.2 TL in 2008 from Acura of Bellevue (AB) to replace our 1999 3.2 TL that we bought brand new January, 2000. It was unfortunatel We bought this 1990 3.2 TL in 2008 from Acura of Bellevue (AB) to replace our 1999 3.2 TL that we bought brand new January, 2000. It was unfortunately totaled. Having been completely happy with the first one we came back to AB in 2008 to see new model TLs. It just so happened that they had an identical (1990) model and year AND, it even had 5,000 FEWER miles on it than the totaled car. Also, it was the exact same price our insurance company gave us. In April, 2000 we moved a ferry ride away (i.e., Kitsap County) from Bellevue and started using the local Honda dealer for service. We were actually sorry to do this because AB always provided great service. However, the Kitsap Honda dealership turned out to have an ethical flaw that took the form of strongly recommending a $1,000 to $1,200 repair that turned out not to be needed. We became suspicious and decided to have Acura of Bellevue do the timing belt change when time came. They did a great job with that and, while checking other things as part of that service, DID NOT CONFIRM what the Honda dealership' said was needed. Because we intend to keep the car as long as reasonable (currently it has about 100,000 miles on it and runs great) AND we will put in the extra effort to take the ferry ride between Kitsap and Bellevue. Really good guys. The service advisor, Dane Brooks, is very easy to work with and especially careful to explain what is going to be done and promptly report to us as needed if we need to take a loaner car and ferry back to Kitsap. More

Vehicle was taken to dealer on a Friday mid-afternoon; service department provided a 2014 TL as complimentary Loaner. Repair completed Saturday morning. Efficient, friendly, prompt and reasonably priced service for a random-misfire code which could not be ignored. The service writer (Kiet H.) ensured that the entire process was seamless and explained in understandable detail the situation and its resolution...this service writer is consistently a pleasure to do business with. Excellent customer service...as always I purchased my 2nd TLX from Acura of Bellevue last December. As a high volume real estate property manager in busy season, I was having a hard time ge I purchased my 2nd TLX from Acura of Bellevue last December. As a high volume real estate property manager in busy season, I was having a hard time getting in for my free 1st oil change. Twice I had to reschedule last minute & they were great. Got the best detail service ever for $200, free oil change & a loaner to make it work. My service rep Marc Levick stayed late instead of just putting keys at the sales desk to help move all my stuff back to my car. My husband just traded in his BMW 530i for an Acura. My broker traded a Mercedes convertible for a RDX. Keep up the good work!! More
