The car I was interested in was listed at 19k on AutoTrader & their website. When I called to say I was interested, they said there's a $3,500 "Prep Fee" as it was a used car. WAS GIVEN 84 MONTHS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! 3. Was charged at least 5K OVER STICKER! This is how they treat their retuning customers?!? I’m done with Acura. Reporting this dealership to the BBB. More
