PNot happy. I initially leased my Rdx from Acura bayshore. I was told I would have free oil changes during my lease. I live in smithtown And had it serviced in I initially leased my Rdx from Acura bayshore. I was told I would have free oil changes during my lease. I live in smithtown And had it serviced in smithTown Bc it was closer. So now I’m due for another oil change and brought it bayshore and they tell me I have to pay for my oil change Bc I brought it for service to a different Acura. I currently have a 2021 RDX and my wife has a 2020 MDX. This irks me so much I will not purchase another Acura again. I will go back to Audi. Audi would never do this. Way to lose a customer over an oil change. It’s not even about the money. It’s how they treat you. This is ridiculous. I’m not upset at the service workers, just the Acura policy makers, the dealership. More
I purchased 2018 Acura ILX last July. Howard Singer is the best car salesman I ever worked with! He went out of his way to assist with the entire process and trade in of my old car. I went in after setting up an appointment to see a 2018 Acura MDX, this was one of the best experience I had purchasing a car. This was mostly because of Howard Singer. He made the process seamless. I’ve leased two RDX from them. I’ve had six Honda’s and two Acura’s I love the Honda brand. When I went to purchase a new Acura RDX in May. I needed to return a lease early and because of used car prices I two Acura’s I love the Honda brand. When I went to purchase a new Acura RDX in May. I needed to return a lease early and because of used car prices I was told that now I would be able to get out of my lease with no penalty and no negative equity. When I got to the dealership it was a different story. After waiting an hour for the salesman who leased us the previous RDX. We were told we had to roll in $3000 to a new deal. Also the salesman lied about cost of ownership. He told us its always better to take cash incentives vs financing incentives. When I showed him that he was wrong and did them math for him on the deal he was offering us . Lease vs finance and cash off vs .9% interest he just got frustrated. We walked out on the bad deal. My husband is not stupid and he tried to make us feel as if we were. We went the following weekend to infinity of Massapequa. They bought our lease out wrote us a check for $1500. We bought a new qx50 for sticker and they gave us 0% financing.. Acura of bay shore customer experience lost a 8 time Honda buyer. Don’t buy from a dealer that lies to make extra on a deal. There is enough margin in new cars not to rob customers. More
