Very compfortable to deal with. Absolutely " 0 " Pressure Mike was an absolute plessure to deal with. He was More interested in placing us in the right vehicle than making a quick sale. Caught them lying & cheating me! I've been service several cars there for years. I've referred people to them, who have purchased cars from them and who also serviced those cars there I've been service several cars there for years. I always knew that I'd be paying a premium to have a dealer service my car, but I figured that ultimately, they would do the best work. I was shocked and disappointed to have caught them lying about the warranty on tires I bought from them, which lead to more investigation, where I essentially caught them red handed lying about work that they claim needed to be done, and grossly overcharging for the work that was done, and/or service work that was quoted. Short version of what happened; I was getting an oil change, and the service writer called and told me that I needed tires, as well as the sway bar. I questioned that, reminding them that I bought those tires from them 26 months ago, and they had about 20,000 miles on them. He looked it up and confirmed my response. I asked him what the warranty was on that tire and he responded "They don't rate tires by mileage any more, because everyone drives differently." Knowing that wasn't true, I left and called the corporate office for Yokohama Tire for the United States, in CA, and spoke to Consumer Affairs. They assured me that tires were still rated for mileage wear expectancy and that my tires were rated for 60,000 miles. Recognizing that we needed a third party authorized dealer, they directed me elsewhere, to have a complete Tire Warranty Inspection (it's an hour process that examines everything affecting tire wear). Turns out, that Acton Toyota had been over inflating my tires to 40 lbs, instead of the recommended 30 lbs, causing them to wear much faster. Also, they found nothing wrong with the sway bar. Resolution - Yokohama pro-rated my tires 68% and under the circumstances, waived the requirement for the work to be done where I bought them. I can only imagine the many thousands of dollars I've given them, based on work that may not have needed to be done at all, not to mention the large markups they charge vs chain store and local shops. I feel badly having to write a message like this, but I would feel worse letting this go, without giving other consumers the chance to pause, consider, and get 2nd opinions, to avoid being cheated. Great Exdperience Buying Car Excellent SalesPerson! Mike Wegener did a great job helping us purchase a new car. Mike was extremely accommodating and patient. He spent the entire afternoon. He went over each car explaining all the features. . We were able to test drive multiple cars without ever feeling rushed or pushed to decide. He made sure he answered all our questions on each vehicle as well as took the time out to print out every vehicles car vehix report so we could review each one and make comparisons. When we finally decided on the car we wanted, Mike so very helpful in getting us a great price on the vehicle and explaining all of our financial options! I usually dread going to the car dealerships and the push of the salespeople at Acton Toyota it was nothing like I ever experienced ...NO PRESSURE, NO PUSHY SALESMAN. I would highly recommend this dealership if your looking to buy or lease a car. Ask for Mike Wegner he is great. This is the second car we a family member has bought from Mike & Acton my son bought a car last year and has was very happy with Acton Toyota too! More

Honesty is their policy! Dennis was great to work with. He was honest and up front with all of my questions. The first Corolla was purchased at Acton Toyota after visiting a number of other dealerships where we received the usual pressure to buy and the hassle over the price. Then I requested the quote from Acton over the internet which was better than any I had been able to negotiate. The purchase was made with no problems or surprises, which was a surprise to me. So, when I wanted to buy my second Corolla I went directly to Acton Toyota where we received the same excellent service from Stephen Poulin that we had received the first time ten years ago.
