Even though he knew we were not in the market to buy a vehicle at the time, Ken Hsu spent a lot of time with us. After 204,000 miles & 10 years of service, my Sienna was worth less than the cost to maintain it. We remembered how good Ken was to us & we wanted to buy a car from him. We bought a Rav4 Limited Edition. Drove it off the lot today. Very happy with the purchase. More

When I got to Acton Toyota and stepped out of my car, I wasn't swarmed as happens at most car dealers. Not once was I approached by a salesperson while browsing the lot and the showroom. I actually had to speak to the receptionist to be set up with a salesperson, who turned out to be Ken. It was such a refreshing experience to be able to browse without feeling like "the vultures were circling." I LOATHE car shopping for that specific reason. It was a very low-pressure experience at Acton. Ken was extremely friendly and helpful, and I never felt pressured at all. Most dealerships you go to want you to drive off the lot with the car that day, but this wasn't the case at all. I wound up putting down a refundable deposit, but as I said at the beginning, I had to cancel the purchase for personal reasons. When I called Ken the next day to ask that my deposit be refunded, he didn't try to pressure or persuade me to change my mind, and refunded the deposit no problem. It was such a painless, low-pressure experience, that I look forward to being able to do business with Ken and Acton Toyota in the future. More

Long Distance Sale I live in North Carolina and found a car I was interested in that happened to be on the lot at the Acton Toyota used car annex. Working with Bob, I was able to organize a used car inspection by an independent inspector, negotiate the sale, and make a purchase without ever setting foot on the dealer lot. When I did come to pick up the car, it was garaged (out of weather that had been rough just a few hours before), the fuel tank was full, and the vehicle was spotless. This attention to detail could have been ignored, since there's little chance I will visit the dealer again from NC, but I really appreciate the level of service that was provided before and after the sale.
